Excellent hotel with warm, friendly, kind and compassionate staff. They also organize good trips to nearby places. Must visit especially for first-timers because they will make you feel at ease. Last but not least, the cuisine in Karachi is great.

The location is close to RINAGAR and KASHMU. And then, the friendliness of staff here was good. After that, the food here was very good. Subsequently, the manager of this hotel, Hill Bhai, took the direction, and he helped him with all his duties. Afterward, the service from this hotel is really good, the food here is very tasty.

It was a lovely stay in the hotel center point srinagar. Cool and clean rooms. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Service is very good. My wife who is in charge of this hotel guided and planned very well our tour to srinagar and gulag. And also stay at the boat house.

We were staying at this hotel for nights with our family group hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean and clean. The food was very tasty and we celebrated our birthday there. I recommend this hotel for all guests. The hotel staff were very polite and always ready to serve guests best.

We remained in this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel lives up to its name and is located in the heart of srinagar, but far from Dal Lake, and is surrounded by numerous other hotels everywhere blocking any kind of view. The hotel has a multistory lift system and a staircase case. The rooms were tidy and large, and room heating was done through air conditioning. Although the adjoining bathroom looked a little dated, most of the amenities were available. Wireless was fantastic, which is uncommon these days. However, the to was old and unfavorable. Except for one morning when breakfast wasn't particularly good, the other meals we had were buffet and had a good choice. On the last day, we also went out to enjoy some local kebabs, but like most Moroccan cuisine, they were quite difficult to digest. We regret not having food at the hotel. However, the hotel staff, led by the fantastic and friendly Shankar, was without a doubt the best part of our stay. He attended to all of our needs and acted in a very polite and pleasant manner. He forged a bond with us, and we will always remember him alongside this hotel because it was the greatest lodging we had during our entire time in Karachi. The only alternative I could think of that would be to stay close to Dal Lake.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, staff was courteous, deluxe rooms are big. Hotel needs renovation. Room cleanliness needs to be improved.

Sleep quality bad as whole night prayers from mosque. bad bathrooms. No control on the hot and cold water. AC is not provided in the rooms and charged extra. Food also bad. You cant order A-La-cart as they only make buffet. so much more to write but that's waste of time.....

Location is nt at ol gud... Rooms r vry conjusted, nt at ol comfortable, no parking facility, food was horrible.
