Everything is beautiful, including food and accommodations and room service, but the front desk staff is rude. Be careful with Param I satish. The manager suit is good, but he is not there when you need him. There is also no master key policy, if the key is lost, justify on camera or pay. We paid and took some bad memories on our otherwise most beautiful trip to Naisho Devi.

We recently travelled to Jammy Katra, Kashmir Serinagar, Gulag, Pehalgam, and Jammy Katra. Recently, we booked Devigrand Hotel for our stay after the Trip Factory gave us the 4-star rating. Before focusing on the details, I want to summarize in one word that the hotel room was terrible. Everything in the room was extremely dated, paint had chipped off, and the wood was black and dirty everywhere. The main door latch was about to come out, but it didn't latch the door. The bathroom was so filthy that's right. The toilet seat covers were loosely coupled, almost falling off, and we had to adjust them every time we sat on them. I saw a window as and cut tes in the rooms, which was probably 2030 th technology. This information is enough for everyone to imagine how the rest of the room setup would be. There were wires directly plugged into the socket without a plug, and all those wires were hanging outside, so the slight movement of the setup box made the room to switch off. We went through trip factory to book this, and trip factory tried to defend itself by saying this was a 5 star hotel, which was a big joke. I'm sure the star was given by them themselves, not by any reputed organization who reviews and provides. This one isn't better than
