Beautiful place to stay in, decent lodging. good comfort level, home away from home, nice environment. Located near Lalchowk, good market place. The employees are well trained and serve their purpose. well dressed and smiling people everywhere.

I booked this hotel in May 2016, Friday. My check-out date was May 2016. For a group of 20 people, a tour operator called Vena World handled the hotel reservation. First of all, the location of this hotel. The hotel is situated on the Grd and Ith floors of a busy and dusty road in the city center mall in Sarah City. The location is a major turnoff. About the hotel, the rooms are nice with a good balcony, however, there is no good view from the balcony. The room can accommodate about 2 to 3 people. Rates are expensive considering the location. There is nothing to do outside the hotel. There is no play area or garden at this hotel. The dining area is good. The food was excellent and so was the service provided by the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished. The only issue is that there are a couple of mosques around the hotel where there are some prayers going on early in the morning at 330 a. M. I to 5 a. M. This disturbs sleep quality because prayers are on the loudspeaker. Because the hotel is located in the middle of Sarah City Center, there are many stores where one can purchase branded products. The staff is courteous and responsive. Room service is good. There is no dedicated parking at this hotel. Vehicles are parked on the main road. I would most certainly try another hotel the

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Srinagar. I reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights at this hotel. The rooms are large, neat, and clean with all basic facilities. The staff is friendly. The food is good and is served in a common dining hall. The hotel is on the top 2 floors of the mall. Good place for quick shopping.

Our tour group has reserved our place here. It is on the top floor of a mall, and the staff is very welcoming. It's a central location that's conveniently located for easy travel to other places because Srinagar has rules for entering and exiting large vehicles, such as the bus, used by the tour groups. After seeing the surroundings, we have high expectations for this hotel, but it is close to Lalchowk Market, where we may easily shop for stoles and gowns while also eating delicious Gulf. Locals are also helpful. Even with good character and helpful employees, food is manageable. The rooms are spacious, with good space, and are very cozy, making them excellent value for the money!.

No it was not amazing. The service is poor specially restaurant service. they don't have menu to select food of your choice. Tea bags and milk pouch were provided only first day...they remain out of stock... have one excuse or other. Unprofessional staff.

Overpriced hotel. The location was good. Hot water was only in the morning. The bed was ok, but room was very small. The centralized heating was working well. The bathroom was not upto the mark. WiFi was slow and breakfast was below average. The reception and bell boys were very good;but restaurant staffs lacked attitude.

La apariencia del hotel en la web era mucho mejor que lo que nos encontramos una vez allí. Ubicado en un centro comercial con algunas plantas aún por terminar. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal son extremadamente ruidosas, debido al tráfico proveniente del exterior. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable. No disponen de secador de pelo. Sólo hay agua caliente unas cuantas horas al día, y no se te avisa de ello al hacer el check-in en el hotel.
