I would suggest this place to anyone looking forward to staying here. I must say that the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and they are also cleaned very well every day, which adds to the good hygiene standards. The staff is also very polite and helpful. One suggestion would be if the food offered by the place could be improved, the food was a bit disappointing. Thank you, gwen, for a wonderful stay.

I had a great time and will definitely stay there again if i visit bangalore. When i had to travel to bangkok, i stayed at hotel gwen by ribi. The hotel is brandnew and situated on a peaceful street with trees. The restaurant was on the fourth floor, and the food was excellent and provided firstrate service.

Ive been a frequent visitor to gwen by Rivido for many work trips. The hotel doesnt let me down at all, its a great value for money hotel in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Many restaurants and shopping areas in vijaya bank layout are within walking distance. The staff is always very polite and supportive. They have parking both inside (for small cars and bikes) and outside directly in front of the hotel (for larger cars) it is definitely safe as ive parked my audi multiple times there without any hassle. The room service is excellent, and they have decent options that will get you sorted at any time of the day! The rooms are very clean, and all the amenities are provided for a business traveler. I love that they have an active smart tv which we can use because most hotels tv these days are just showpieces with hardly any cable. The only challenge ive had there twice on my visits is the fluctuating wifi signal at times. Its great for mobile and laptop browsing, and ive never had a problem watching tv, but on two occasions using my laptop for video conferencing it was a major problem. Apart from that, this place is amazing! Looking forward to my next visit!.

The service, especially the receptionists, was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. Its rooftop restaurant offers a fantastic view of the city of bangkok. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and overall satisfactory beyond expectations. There are android tvs and a fantastic highspeed wifi network with no additional fee for connection. The staff all knew english, hindi, and the age local language of kanad. Meaning, there was practically no language barrier because the staff even translated the local words into english for our convenience. Though overall a great establishment, the food was below expectations here, dosas were expensive and quite small, and some foods like idli were occasionally unavailable. But still a 5star experience.

I stay at the Marriott across the world. Usually stay at jw Marriott and courtyard by Marriott in bangkok. The drive to my mothers care facility kills me. At the price they are charging, hotel gwen is in a great location, within walking distance, and a brand new property. The rooms are as good as the courtyard. The front desk team is very loving, caring, and helpful. There is room for improvement. But what can you expect more than what they offer at this price point?
