I found the best price through makemytrip. The location is very good for people traveling by train from new Delhi station. It is located in a secondary road so it wont be disturbed by traffic at all. Reception staff were slow and checkin took ages. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, clean and tidy. There are no restaurants or room service. Worst part was the service staff. Call them 100 times but no one will show up. Beware of these guys, they charge 30% of the reservation amount for early check in taking undue advantage which is not good practice. Never encounter this anywhere in the world.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I spent the day at this hotel. The staffs behavior, service, and cleanliness are all unquestionable. It is reasonably priced and wellkept. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is pleasant and the staff is friendly. Although a little slow, the personnel are not impolite. Excellent facilities, reasonable pricing, and proximity to the new delhi metro and railway station make it ideally located. There is onsite lift, but it only operates at rated 3 mediumbuilt Pearsons at once. Food delivery to your room is available, there is room for luggage and robes, hot and cold water with utensils, etc. All in all, if you want to stay here, this is the place to be.

I reserved a room with three beds. The room had air conditioning, tv, and room service, which was also satisfactory. For me, the food was excellent. In comparison to other hotels, prices were reasonable. A helpful staff is present at the hotel.

I would like to stay in the future. Walking distance from new delhi railway station. Good location, constant communication. The rooms are nice, there is a lift. Excellent service, safe and available 24 hours x 7. There is an inside restaurant. Staff is cooperative.

This hotel offers excellent service. It is ideal for train travelers like me who travel by train, as it is conveniently close to new delhi railway station. The room and bathroom are immaculate and roomy. Staff members are courteous and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here on my next trip to the national capital.

Excellent location with all amenities close by. The nizamuddin railway station is approximately 7 kilometers away. Rooms are kept up nicely. Staff members are extremely cooperative. There is no parking space at the hotel. You must park your car in a paid parking area close to the motel.

The room was nice, the washroom was clean and the location is just outside delhi railway station. You can find everything nearby this hotel, food, medical, small dhaba also, chai wala, momos wla, chips and biscuits. Go for it.

I was checking in here from the goibibo platform. The hotel was very nice. All facilities are available in the rooms. Just giving 3 stars because there are additional hidden fees for food and giving them their name. Other things like wifi, tv, and air conditioning were too good.

The hotels location and overall condition are excellent. Both the rooms and the toilets are immaculate. However, the hotel manager is incredibly impolite and haughty. He argued with me that i had reserved two executive rooms including breakfast, but he also charged me for the breakfast. Its really awful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, however, it was the worst experience ive ever had with the motel manager. The locations proximity to the lodgings was excellent for both sightseeing and shopping.

A pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel staff is friendly enough to customize anything based on your needs. Walking distance from new delhi railway station. Friendly and helpful approach and attitude towards guests.
