It was a good hotel. The rooms are clean and good. However, there was no separate geaser in each bathroom. There is one centralised for all rooms. So you have to wait and drain a lot of water to get hot water.

The room is neat and clean. The receptionist was friendly, but the room service needs improvement. Food quality and delivery time should be maintained. We felt comfortable with the rooms and receptions response, but not happy with the room service and response time. Water bottles take hlf an hour.

We reserved a room for over 20 members, and it was wellmanaged. However, there were some issues with the air conditioners in a few rooms. Despite this, the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently situated and conveniently close to the metro station.

This hotels location is fantastic, you can easily travel to brigade road and church street in less than two minutes. The hotels advantage is that it is only a short stroll from the mg road metro station.

In my three years of staying here, i have found service in the highest category. Only the marriage season is the worst time to stay because typican north culture will be noisy for you all night. Kids will knock on your door and you will be troubled all night long. This hotel feels like my home.

This hotel is situated on the m g road opposite the metro station. The location of this hotel is excellent. This hotel is situated in the central business district on budget. However, the rooms are not very nice.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. Excellent hotel with excellent service and excellent staff. The hotel is wellkept and has all the necessary amenities, including a bus stop and metro station. It would be even better if the hotel offered breakfast.

This place has a good location, close to the metro. The management is nice. The room is neat and tidy. For those who want to stay in a place like mg road, brigade road, reception road, and church street, this is a good option. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very supportive and highly skilled. They know very well how to communicate with guests. It was a wonderful experience. They opened the elevator at 4 am only for me because i have to report to the air force station in the early morning.
