Der Standort des Hotels ist einfach Klasse. Man kann das Hotel mit der Metro Line 3 direkt vom Flughafen T1 und T2 erreichen. Ticket sind nur 60 R. Ein Taxi kostet dafür 1500 R plus Tip für Fahrer und Kofferträger. Der Service insbesondere an der Rezeption im Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Betten im Zimmer sind bequem, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad scheint relativ neu zu sein und es gibt durchweg heißes Wasser über einen Durchlauferhitzer. Das ist toll! Und wenn es ein Problem gibt, wird das sofort gelöst. Das Restaurant im 3. OG ist zwar klein, aber man kann dort sehr gut frühstücken. Von der dortigen Terrasse hat man einen guten Blick auf die umliegenden Regionen. Insgesamt hat mich dieses Hotel sehr angenehm überrascht und es gibt von mir eine klare Empfehlung!

This is my 2nd visit. A very pleasant, Comfortable and safe residence. Staff are very courteous and helpful one name I remember is Vijay they are all good. The owner runs a well knit place and I have no regrets whatsoever.

Definetly the smoothest check in we had during our stay in India. These guys were very proffesional. The rooms were clean, the water was hot (which were very uncommon in other hotels) and the staff really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout (including with booking trains and helping arrange taxis). The food in the cafe was also pretty great if you don't fancy making the journey to one of the many, many restaurants located nearby. This seemed a much more authentic locale than around Colaba. If you want your pizza and french-style cafe chains then go there, but if you want to see a little more of Mumbai then this is great. Streets were busy but I got nothing but smiles and hellos if I (an obvious tourist) was noticed at all. Note that taxi drivers may get a bit confused by the address, but they'll ask around and you'll get there eventually!

There are not eating places around the area that would be suitable for Western tourists. But the hotel cafateria is good wiyh great basic Indian meals. The area around the hotel is typical of working area of small shops and scooter repair shops. Best thig us hotel is very close to metro stations.

The Kumkum hotel was as expected for the price range. Overall it was good, easy to check in. We came in the middle of the night. They served food and this was also of good quality. The hotel rooms were small the bathroom was small, but newly upgraded and of good quality. We had problems getting warm water for shower. We could pay with Apple Pay For a place to sleep and rest in the middle of a journey I would use it again.

The hotel turned out to be better than our expectations. It has the same average Mumbai hotel room size but with really clean amenities, generous staff and a beautiful rooftop. The only thing that could be improved is probably installing a lift within the facility and increasing the water pressure in the taps

Nice hotel at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station. The location is not particularly nice, but the hotel rooms are large, quiet, tidy and with all amenities. The hotel offers kitchen room services and advices for travellers
