This is regarding my booking in hotel which I had from Nov 14 & 15 for the same... Would like to let u know guys it was a perfect stay... pleasant ambience...Staff very cooperative...Would like to mention Ms Chitra Guest Relation really helpful and cooperative staff.. she would care for each and every minor things which guest expects...Really good..Hatsoff to u guys ..Great team Effort from all of IL right from Security to HK staff... Management really good..Not only hotel but staff also makes stay of guest memorable Next time I'll always book from here only....

Hi, the hotel has some peculiar problems. Every day, you must give the receptionist your room key to get your room cleaned. The housekeeping is terrible. In your room, something or another doesn't work, such as a cable connection or wifi. There's a lot of work to fix problems that get resolved at the front desk. The receptionist is on the third level while the majority of rooms are on one level. It is really painful to keep going to the front desk to arrange housekeeping, take breakfast buffet coupons, or deal with other issues. The front desk personnel is extremely constrained when it comes to check-out times. The room rates are really high. Even after cleaning your room, the restrooms are foul. In terms of building quality, the rooms are roomy. Their restaurant, Maharaj Math, is pure vegetarian and serves great food at ridiculously low prices.

This was an unplanned stay! Throughout our trip from the united states, we reserved a room. The Maroon Vegan the manager assisted us with the booking. He was willing to accommodate any changes we had to make last minute. Overall, our stay was about 89 nights on several separate occasions. Due to a family emergency, we decided to remain here and primarily returned to sleep. The rooms arguably require upgrading. Cons: The staff is fantastic, and the mattresses are cozy. They were quick to respond to every request for service or extra towels. If you want to travel anywhere in Mumbai, the hotel location is excellent. The room rates are affordable. Although the restaurant provides room service, we have requested food from outside late night and very early morning delivery apps, and the personnel was polite to help us get the order delivered to our room. The rooms do need to be updated, as I've stated, but we stayed in a suite suite with a view of the main road and not too noisy. Our room was also comfortable on the back parking lot on the other days. I appreciate your hospitality and assistance to make our stay pleasant at the Maharashtra Hotel.

There seemed to be minor issues. The key card put into the power slot did not work on the door. I had to get another/validated for the room. Later when I wanted to leave my room, the door wouldn't open. From inside! Staff were helpful in resolving it, but they should get it serviced. TV... I would have like a face towel and not just the bath towels. No stirrer in the coffee/tea kit. Toilet paper roll nearly over, but no ready replacement. I shouldn't have to ask for all these. I liked that it was clean, easy to get to, easy to attend an event nearby and walk back late night. Their veg restaurant was good for a simple meal.

This 3 star hotel provides god value for money. I is located on 3rd floor. I had a clean room with aircondition but no hot water. Breakfast buffet, which is served in a restaurant at the ground floor, is OK. The staff is helpsome and available 24/7. My room had free reliable WiFi with good speed.l provides god value. I is located on 3 flor
