You get what you paid.I like this hotel it suit for me to my trip plan It near Jaipur railway station. The front deck (may be the owner very welcome. The room very spacious.Overall I like it.

A pleasure staying here. It’s a great location only a few minutes’ walk to train station or metro stop. Close to the Pink City, restaurants and more. My deluxe room had upscale decor including natural wooden doors/wall paneling/cabinets in room; marble flooring and bathroom walls, strong fan and AC, bright lighting. Comfy bed. Fast wifi. Everything clean and well-maintained; daily housekeeping. Some rooms on upper floors offer gorgeous views. Tuktuks at hand. Friendly reception. When I had trouble calling my bank to unblock a credit card, a staffer took me to the manager who made the crucial call on his phone (at no charge.) Highly recommended.

Not a great place to stay with family. The staff are very rude, especially the gentleman who sits at the front desk. They do not have basic knowledge of the hotel industry how to treat guest. It is identical to Dharmsala. I stayed there for 3 nights but there was no room service provided at all. Local water bottle at high prices than Bisleri and Finley. There are 23 bars nearby, making it difficult for ladies to arrive late. They will not provide milk and tea in the evening and evening. No pickup and drop off arrangements from the hotel side even if you arrive late at night. They will force you to take their cab for sightseeing at a cost double that of the market. There are better alternatives nearby for less money than this Greta hotel.

This is an excellent budget hotel near Jaber railway station. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The air conditioning was excellent. The entire hotel staff is incredibly pleasant. We sometimes smell bad smells from the toilet. Other than that, everything is great.

The service was very good. The location was close to everything. We got a room here and we were happy with the accommodation. It's very good. The food here was delicious.

The condition of the hotel is not too clean, and the food on the menu is good. The location of this hotel is also near to the railway manager's staff, so I have a good idea about this hotel.

Front desk manager nice and attentive, however overlooks key hospitality issues, such as bathroom cleanliness. The door frame was covered with thick black dust, next to bed floor dirty and clearly not cleaned in weeks. Internet is fast, but poorly managed and not repaired when failing. Roof restaurant seems to have made me sick. Curd diluted with water didn't taste right.
