My favorite hotel food is served here. They serve some crisp corn. The location of this hotel is close to Ist. They want to pay attention to their customers. Great coordination among the staff.

The room was good and clean, the staff was friendly and arranged a few dishes for the children too. The location was close to the ist, so this hotel is close to Rathaus. The food was served on time and well.

Rathaus regent is serving a lunch today. The environment is very bad. They advertise as having three stars, but their personnel is not better than the typical roadside dabba. If you ask any questions about the dishes, even they don't know much about their menu. We had requested fresh lime soda, but it arrived after a lengthy wait and smelled like rotten lime. They didn't taste it before serving, and they added a lot of sugar to their drinks and cocktails. We immediately returned it. New drinks were provided, but they were still too sweet and there wasn't any soda present. As for the main course, we chose paneer tikka masala, hariyali kota, soya lollipops with somali roti, dacha paratha, and stuffed can I taka roti. Please try their soya products, they are not good. How can groundnuts in soya lollipops? It's so overwhelming. waste of money. We were served starters with the main course. Delighted and uncomfortable situation in front of guests. Rathaus lost its character in the service.

The front desk personnel were the best of the bunch when it came to customer service. They assured us that they would check to remove you by 12 p. M. Because the check out time was 9 a. M. In the morning, the phone rings and woke us up. When we came by train, check if you have a stop at Bukit Ganj, one of the privately run railway stations that is about to get grander and opulent. A wedding group may cause the hotel to be jammed as this one is nearing the end, but we were there for a wedding in a different location, which was a transit to a single night. We were there for a wedding, but we were traveling to another location, and this one was just over. The lobby is just an announcement and has a tiny reception desk. Only vegetables are allowed in the hotel. There was a group at the motel, and both adults and children ran around with the hotel. Thankfully, we faced the back of the hotel and not that it had any better views. We had a tiny room with an extra bed, so we rarely had any space to move around. The only drawback was that the front door had a glass patch with frosted glass, but when you light up the room, people can see silhouettes of individuals in the space.
