Children above 5 years will be treated as an extra person and additional charges are applicable. Each booking's lead guest name must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Complimentary Breakfast at 08.00am to 09.30am in Restaurant. The property loves animals but pets are not allowed in the property and all premises. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
Each person with a valid photo Identification document necessary as identification at the time of check-In by all Indian Nationals. Original Passport and One Valid color photo necessary as identification at the time of Check-In by all Foreign Nationals.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked. No refund would be applicable in case the check in is denied under such circumstances.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the property and subject to additional charges by the hotel directly.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
