I had a wonderful stay. It is simple to get to top attractions from this location, which is situated on the main road. The service was excellent and promptly provided. The rooms are large. They upgraded us to a deluxe room because i had an infant. The front desk personnel are friendly and available aroundtheclock. The room and housekeeping personnel were also prompt and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient. The entire stay at sapna was fantastic. Will always suggest it.

My stay at hotel sapna was really wonderful. Very polite and attentive staff, the view in front of the hotel is very good and safe. I will think again to stay here in the future. Family friendly hotel.

The quality of the service at this hotel is very expensive. We were given a room with three beds, one queen and one single on the first floor. The room lacks a table, a chair, or hanger apart from one in the bathroom, the other being broken. There is space between the window and its frame, with horns of traffic all day except a few hours at night. The bathroom has one shower in the middle of the room, a sink 20 cm diameter, and a seat toilet. There was no hot water. Free wifi is available but you must ask for a daily code. At reception, we thought the receptionist and manager only wanted to make the most money possible without making any effort to maintain the infrastructure in good condition. They requested an early check in for 9 am instead of 12 am and didn't even offer us the 30-rp water bottle we asked at the end! When checking in, the receptionist told us we would have to pay 100 rp for an additional bed, which was already included in the price. The only positive aspect was the restaurant New York that they suggested, which is fantastic. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, and when you ask for chapati bread, the menu is on it, you can get toast with butter for 50 rp. The only positive aspects are the hotels location and the rooms. The management of the hotel is unfriendly and unhelpful, and the checkin process is delayed due to unsatisfactory requests from the hotel staff.

This hotel is close to shops, restaurants, street food stalls, and more. Taxis and threewheelers are easily located in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and includes toast and dosa and pancakes made to order. The staff is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sapna was the most valuable stay ive ever had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in core city. They served breakfast with a variety of food, and it tasted good.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at my bizz hotel sapna. The service is excellent, and it is a very comfortable and safe place for families. We felt at home with the cooperative and friendly services of the security, receptionists, housekeeping, and room service executives. Breakfast was delicious. The location is central and easily accessible. We definitely plan to return soon for a pleasant stay. Thank you!.

The hotel is in the city center and is a great budget hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh. The service is also good. However, i recommend that the management improve the quality of the washroom. Ibizz sapna is my favorite hotel.

I went to see the Ganapati festival in the beginning of September and it turned out to be a great place to stay. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and marine drive where the large festival procession takes place. The rooms were clean and fairly well insulated from the noise of the festivities. Wifi is generally of poor quality in India, so get an og or og service for your phone. WiFi is better in the reception area of this hotel. I will stay there again.

Overall, a decent place to stay, but primarily for business travelers. A little overpriced as well. Great location, close to Girgaum Chowpatty and the city center. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and recently refurbished. The room is a decent size for a city like Mumbai and is reasonably well furnished. It doesn't have a restaurant, but it does arrange for anything you want from some nearby place.

The hotel is situated on jm road, which is close to the city center and has many excellent shopping and dining options nearby. Good location good room service small room 1 free bottled water clean room ok toiletories given polite staff need government id proof complementary breakfast is good toilets and rooms need to be cleaned. The hotel entrance is not wheelchair / stroller accessible they do not have an inhouse restaurant so you have to go out for lunch / dinner or order in. Overall the stay was ok.

In general, a great hotel given the location and also good value for money. Located in a prime location of pune, very close to the metro station. Also, many restaurants such as shiv sagar and convenience stores are right in front of this hotel. Very easy to book ola or uber autos and taxis. We got a free upgrade to our deluxe room and had a great stay. However, the breakfast served in the morning was subpar.

You can visit nearby places like shrichatrapati, sambaraj park, and shopping at fergusson college road. For vegetarians, this place is perfect for stay as most vegas hotels in pune are located in the same area just a minute from sapna. It also offers roundtheclock room service, so if you need it in the middle of the night, you can have it. If you are hungry and not in the mood to go out, simply order and the hotel staff will bring your meal right to your door. There is no need to worry about burglars because hotel security is effective and guarantees the safety of guests nearby. Thank you to mr. Vijay chavan and his team for making it a top choice for a stay.

In the beginning of September, I visited the Ganapati Festival, and this was an excellent place to stay. The beach and marine drive, where the large festival procession takes place, are 2 minutes away by foot. The rooms were neat and nicely insulated from the celebrations' noise. Wifi is typically deficient in India, so obtain Og or Og services for your phone. The reception area of this hotel has better internet. I would return to stay there.

I recently spent about a week here. The property is rundown, but the staff is fantastic and welcoming. There arent enough words to express how grateful i am. We received our order as soon as possible each time. I usually dont write reviews about places i visit, but their friendly welcome and thorough service filled with love and care have forced me to share my experience on the internet. Every morning, i would receive a call from the reception wishing me a good morning and that the breakfast was ready. When i went downstairs, the hotel staff always greeted me with a warm and comforting smile. Breakfast was another fantastic experience here, the uncle who cooks dosas and uttapams is very healthy. Every morning i saw him, he had a really beautiful smile, and when i used to tell him i wanted to have one dosa or something else, he cooked it with joy. So the person reading this understands where i am going with this. I loved everyone who was here. The receptionists, service staff, the parking guard uncle, everyone! I felt very welcome, and i hope i visit the property again. Cheers and hope you guys enjoy your stay again!.
