The location is quite good. Malaysian Colada is an excellent place to stay. The building of the hotel is in poor shape, however. The entrance is not even obvious, it's just a narrow, unsightly stairway. To be honest, even with a very poor level of spoken English, the staff is quite nice, kind, and helpful. The accommodation was small, and the condition was also mediocre. The painting fell off the walls, and the mattress had stains and stains of an unclear type. The restroom does not have a separate shower, ensuring that it has a handy plastic bucket and a jet of water that flows directly into the bathroom. This means that after taking a shower, the bathroom is hardly usable water on the toilet and everywhere. I understand this is the situation at several Indian houses and hotels, but I must say I was not too pleased with it. This could indeed be a pleasant hotel, though I believe that would require some serious work in building repairs. But, I regret to say that I wouldn't stay at this hotel once more.

i was happy with my stay at this hotel. The staffs were kind and helpful. i had a great experience. I will recommend this to my friends and will come back to stay here again.

We have traveled extensively and always try to choose a midrange in India, so we are generally acquainted with the facilities and are not picky. We chose this location because it was centrally located and kept itself tidy and had a lovely mattress. It cannot be described as extraordinary. The hotel I've ever remained in is the coucousiest because of its thin walls. Also, a noisy wedding venue is across the street, where building is taking place. Every four days, the room was not cleaned. Everything gets wet from a damp bathroom constructed in a wet room. People with walking issues can't enjoy the entryway because it is extremely off-putting and takes up stairs. The nearby roads have been dug up, making it difficult for taxi drivers to make it challenging. Because it was in the room, we didn't enjoy eating on the bed, so we avoided it. If you want a base in South Mumbai, bring your earplugs and you'll be fine.

The sea grand's location, which is close to the Taj Mahal Hotel and south mumbai, is it's best advantage! I don't have anything negative to say about this place. Although we booked and checked the time for our arrival, when my friend and I arrived, no rooms were ready. We were assigned to an even smaller, unavoidable room with only a bed, four walls, and a tiny toilet and shower, almost in the same room after waiting for an hour in the most small lobby ever! We chose to take a nap because we were exhausted after our journey. We had reserved and paid for a superior accommodation, which was unquestionably not what we had been given. English became a little problem after I informed the front desk that, and though he acknowledged my assertion, it appeared he didn't even comprehend what I said. No cleanup was performed, nor were the bed sheets or new towels changed. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but since the weather was warm, and the sheets became sticky. We also requested new towels that were not to be located. I'm not sure, but I believe we had spent as much on breakfast, but we couldn't find a place to eat. Finally, the doors and walls are really thin, and we woke up several times during our time there. Go for it if you're looking for

Great location, friendly staff. Very different than the pictures! Roach in the room, chipped paint, etc, etc. Once again, staff were friendly and location great and it was very quiet. Just know what you are getting into. Very small rooms.

This place is tiny and claustrophobic!! There is no window or natural light. The staff is indifferent. There was construction going on overhead and it was NOISY. Impossible to sit in the room and relax. You can hear sound from every other room. On the plus side, it has WiFi and ac, and it a decent clean place if you just want a place to sleep at night, wearing earplugs.
