Friendly staff and great service. Room was great and clean. Food was amazing and the staff was really friendly and professional. When my friend and I were having trouble booking a bus ride from Agra to Delhi, the front desk staff helps us forgive things about and book our bus tickets. Amazing service.

Det här är ett utmärkt hotell med bra service i Agra. Rummen var rejäla, hotellet kändes nytt och fräscht och allt var välstädat och välskött. Hotellet hade också en bra restaurang vilket var uppskattat eftersom det inte fanns så många roliga alternativ i närområdet.

Friendly and smiling staff, good breakfast. Fantastic smell of flowers inside the hotel. 5 minutes by taxi to Taj Mahal. Nothing to complain.

I was impressed by the helpful staff and the friendly atmosphere and would recommend this hotel to others, however on our last evening in the Coffee Lounge we ordered two chicken club sandwiches and as we did everywhere we checked the chicken, in this case parts of the chicken were raw, the hotel replaced the sandwiches (with toasted cheese) and gave my daughter free ice cream. Non of my party of four were ill, but something fellow travellers need to be aware of.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, für indische Verhältnisse ein hoher Preis der aber durch das inkl. Frühstück und das schöne Zimmer wieder wett gemacht wird. Der Portier an der Hoteltür war super!

Really nice hotel just off a main road in a quiet side street. We had a really good room and bathroom, well maintained and well furnished. The breakfast was very good and the hotels roof top restaurant had great food. The staff were also very helpful.

During day Taj Mahal can be seen from rooftop. Very good, but a bit pricey, rooftop restaurant. Tasty breakfast omelettes. Superb, helpful staff. Mr. Verna was exceptionally kind. Tourist sites are expensive and the money problems in India made our visit less fulfilling as getting around and paying admissions were difficult. But that's a government created nightmare. We did spend a day wandering the winding alleys of Taj Gang. It was a 20-30 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Agra Fort was also fascinating. Our only hotel negative was the rather useless glycerine soap.

Excelente servicio. El hotel es muy agradable y confortable, pero lo más destacable es el personal, muy amables, educados y serviciales. La limpieza es muy buena, aun para estándares occidentales. Desde el hotel se puede llegar caminando a la puerta oeste del Taj Mahal. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!

I will have no hesitation in recommeding this hotel, all of their staff were amazing. Got annoyed at the older guy at their restaurant that told me to sit at a single table cause they were expecting a group (lies, of course) even though the place was empty. Their breakfast was good, loved the Dosa Masala. It is located in a very quiet area. You can tell everything is new and their facilities are outstanding. The only negative thing is the internet that didn't work very well, but all else was outstanding.

We arrived at this hotel after a long train trip and were greeted with friendly staff and a glass of cold fruit juice. They were wonderful, answering our questions and looking after our luggage. The room was immaculate, so was the bathroom. Nice soap and shampoo too. We were able to leave our bags in storage the day we were leaving after checkout for hours and were invited to spend as much time in the lobby or at the pool while we waited for our next train.

In einer verkehrschaotischen Stadt wie Agra sollte man sich dieses in einer Nebenstraße gelegene Hotel buchen. In der Nähe befinden sind mehrere kleine (fastfood) Restaurants und das Taj Mahal kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich; täglich wird das Zimmer sauber gemacht und Tee und Kaffee nachgefüllt. Auf der netten Dachterrase ist ein kleiner Pool und man kann das Taj über den Dächern von Agra sehen. In diesem Hotel wird sich viel Mühe gegeben für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
