For business people who reach at 7 am and leave the next day at roughly 11 am, room rental is too expensive. We receive hotels at the ranch with five-star amenities and buffet breakfast and veg thali for dinner at 30 less than the rack rate. The food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful but we were shocked that there was no housekeeping when we got there at 9 am. So I had to request a cleaner room at a higher rate. Despite the management offering a discount, it was still 200 which was above budget.

For those who arrive at 7 a.m. and leave the following day, say at 11 a.m., room rental is too expensive. For 30 euros less than the rack rate, we get hotels at a ranch with 5 star amenities and a buffet breakfast and veg thali for dinner. The food was fine. Personnel were pleasant and helpful, but we were sorry to learn that there was no housekeeper available when we arrived at 9 a.m. You must therefore book a cleaner room for the higher rate. Although management offered some discounts, it was still $200 more expensive than planned.

The room was satisfactory but the price was too expensive. No single room was available. Hotel staff was unfriendly. The restaurant is nearby and the food is fine. Room service was subpar, and in a few rooms the television couldn't work.

The motto of this hotel is "Beggars cannot be choosers", and there aren't many in this city. But the rooms are big enough and spacious. Something important to note is that the staff and administration try to cut corners, such as no two towels per room during rainy seasons even if two persons are staying in the same room. They simply put it this way: towels are wet. They appear to have never heard of a dryer machine, which every hotel owns. Just think about how unsanitary it is to share two people the same towel. We had to switch rooms because the bathroom was crowded with insects and the commode spray in another room was broken. After a lengthy argument, changing the room took two hours. A new sheet for two rooms was never changed after the last guest checked out. Hair was on the pillow and the sheet was filthy. If possible, ensure you ask these questions prior to staying, make sure the room is clean and everything is in order, as the room is clean and everything is working properly. The hotel is centrally located, which is a good size and well-kept. Junior staff is excellent, but they must work under their managers, who attempt to cut corners.

Overall a pleasant experience, but three stars just because there is no complimentary breakfast and the room rate is high. When it comes to lodging, the property is the best. However, the room rates are slightly more affordable compared to the amenities. The rooms are clean and spacious. When using the toilet's taps, I was left with the water pump running at a very low level, but the shower functioned fine. There was no complimentary breakfast. There is no elevator and the balconies surrounding the rooms are hardly of use because the adjacent building is taller and close to the property. The food provided is excellent and pure veg. Stylishly priced.
