Decent place at the rate. The approach road to the hotel needs substantial work.

When we examined the 12 p.m. 12 decor, we discovered that the venue was crowded with delegates attending conferences. They primarily occupied the lawn and riverside, and tourists like us felt compelled to carry on their free movement around the lawn. Evening was pathetic, with orchestra in high gear continuing past 11 p.m. The program was not ended, despite several calls made between 10.30 and 11 am to the front desk. Even the sound level was not reduced. The front desk personnel voiced their helplessness in such matters and instructed me to contact management, who were not on hand at that moment. The program ceased at 11.15 pm. From the next early morning, from a laborer was creating a marriage panda over the entire lawn from the sound of laborers sounding like a marriage panda. For breakfast and a riverside stroll, we had to face those obstacles with our children. How the management permitted early morning preparation, if the marriage party reservation was made from rp? Is it possible that if the marriage party reservation was made from the beginning, how the management allowed planning beginning at early in the morning? The spacious rooms were the only plus point and we had very helpful catering and housekeeping employees. So, a day stay at kolaghat sonar bangle made the entire visit pathetic and left us without any peace of mind

The price range is very high, highly recommended for couples staff. Avoid Chinese breakfast. The ambiance is very rich and extremely tasty. The spread was incredibly substantial for 12 nights, including potato wedges, south Indian breadbun, and potato wedges. The room is large and has a terrace. Every balcony has a river view. The view of the river is entirely seen through the large glass wallpane of the room refrigerator. Even though the room had a small electric kettle with tea and coffee sachet. The rooms are properly kept and have a small section for children too room service and need to stay on your toes during rush hour.

This is one of the finest located Hotels near Kolkata. View is excellent, Hotel architecture is awesome and one can spend a nice weekend here which is only 65 kms. from Kolkata. Nice well maintained lawn, comfortable swimming pool, comfortable room size and each room is having attached balcony. Improvements are needed in following areas:- 1. Approach road - it is very bad and needs to be converted into a hard top one. Otherwise, during rainy season, it will become dangerous to negotiate. 2. Some essential furniture like dressing table and study table be provided. 3. Housekeeping has to be improved in line with national norms. 4. Ambiance in the dining hall has to be improved. 5. Also serving of tea and snacks in the lawn should be started in the afternoon. 6. For the long term, attached toilet should be redesigned to include the wash basin inside it.

Firstly, the Hotel doesn’t provide WiFi. The tap in the room completely loose fitting, sometimes it comes out easily from the socket. In spite of this lack of service the Hotel doesn’t allow you an hour of late chek-out. The staff in the reception with whom I requested an hour late chek-out came out as extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ll think many times before recommending the property to any of my acquaintance.
