Its a great place to stay. The way he handled our stay was very nice. Turns out to be an outstanding place in the region. All the staff at this hotel are very polite seems to have motto of customer delight. Above all, mr. Rudra is there to ensure and look out for no stone left unturned to delight the guests during their stay.

The staff is very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a great spread and was also very tasty. The highlight was that the hotel allowed us to check in early 3 hours before check in time. This was a huge relief for us as our train arrived early in the morning. The room was large and very convenient. The only thing that needs improvement is the minor maintenance in the room. But thats really not a problem. Overall, its an ideal choice for short visits. The executive suite rooms were spacious. All our requests were immediately attended to by very friendly staff.

Overall, i had a pleasant experience. The staffs behavior, amenities, and cuisine were all excellent, and the location was also pleasant. I would suggest considering this option as a viable option.

I have had a positive experience with the staff. I have stayed here 5 times and have never been let down. The rooms are comfortable, and maintenance is done promptly and well.

The best reasons to stay one night are for its location and parking. The rooms are small, when i entered the room, i was filled with cigarette smoke stocked inside without any room fresheners. Bed sheets have some stains. The bathroom is quite good, but not cleaned properly.

Overall, a nice hotel if you want something close to marathahalli. The hotel is in a good location on outer ring road. About a kilometer from marathahalli bridge, directly across from sankara eye hospital. It is located on a busy street and has good connectivity. Parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers is adequate. There is a gym and a restaurant available at the hotel. The size of the rooms is fine. The rooms were clean and so is the entire property. You get daily coffee and milk sachets, air conditioning, a study table, a nice wardrobe, and a decent bathroom. There is no mini fridge. There is no garden, pool, or open space on the property. We stayed for 5 days and got a room on the fourth floor, which is the last floor of the hotel with rooms. The restaurant is on the fifth floor. Booking a room on the fourth floor here is a bad idea as you can hear many sounds coming from the restaurant above at night. The taste and quality of the daily breakfast buffet are average. There is a good variety, but the taste disappoints. The quality also suffers at times as i felt they used the same dish the next day. The a la carte menu is different and the food was always good when we ordered and had at the restaurant. Room service is decent, not great, not bad.

Overall, it was a good experience for a onenight stay. My stay was fine, the staff was friendly, and the location was good. However, the bathroom lacked some amenities and felt average. The room was spacious, but it didnt quite meet the expected value.

I spent 12 nights there with my infant. I was given a quiet room with a view of the back side. The room was neat and clean. The staff was very good and supportive. If you have a baby with you, please let them know in advance.

The negative things are there is no smoking area, and there is a pub on the 5th floor that plays loud noises at night. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced, and the rooms were clean. The service was good.

The rooms are a little small but very comfortable and have all the necessary requirements for a business trip. The staff is very cooperative and welcoming even at 2 am. If your work is nearby in that area then it is one of the good options. Vegetarian and nonvegetarian preparation is good especially if you like spicy food.

This is a 3star hotel with good breakfast options. The restaurant at the top is also good. Serving good food and the staff is polite. The hotel rooms were good and the view was nice. The location is close to the shangha park and there is transportation nearby. Overall a good stay.

My experience with the hotel and its staff was amazing. Room service, restaurant service, laundry and we had an additional request and to fully fulfill that request the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our expectations were met.
