Everything was A1. Especially loved the private beach and the restaurants . We triedthe Goan menu for dinner and loved the food (Goan rice with prawn curry and shrimp curry). Buffet breakfast spread was superb.

Amazing property set right next to Arossim beach, where you can relax as well as try water sports, with not much crowd around. Buffet spread is huge, and you can try from local Goan, to Indian & Asian food in all meals. The resort also has multiple pools, game room, and lush green lawns leading to the beach. There are buggy services to take you to the beach as well, although they may not be available 24 x 7. The check-in experience was a bit underwhelming. We arrived early, and had to ask for some water/drinks after an hour while the room was being prepared. Was given the room another half hour later when I myself enquired about the status again. Also, no walkthrough of the property & amenities. That being said, the stay was awesome and more than compensated for the check-in!

The property is excellent. Great location, mesmerizing ambience and facilities. The swimming pool is simply awesome. Access to beach from the property and greeneries inside adds up to the beauty. Staff are extremely customer friendly. Mr Abhishek Menon, Mr Sanjay, chef Glen and chef Farhan were very courteous and provided excellent service in the restaurant. All the staff were super courteous and professional. Made everyone at restaurant feel at home. Taste of breakfast, lunch and dinner too was simply good. Some short comings in the buffet lunch were addressed immediately. Overall a beautiful property. Must visit cor people

We had an opportunity to stay for 5 nights/6 days at ITC,Grand Goa, (South), which had locational advantage nearest to Airport as well as had Long Arrosium Beach which is neat,clean and well maintained with Lifeguards on duty 24X7.Hotel rooms are spaceious,clean with all the fittings,furniture,ambience and very efficient room service, quick housekeeping service and responsive,courteous Front Office personnels.Lawns,Swimming pools,Restaurants,Spa are well maintained.In general Hotel staff is polite,courteous but in particular MS.Sangeeta of Front Office looked after us very nicely as a sincere and obedient child cares his elderly parents. Spa had a good ambience and Ms.Maram needs special mention for her Professionalism.

The experience goes beyond words.As soon as I booked, I got a call from Ms. Uchita asking if I would require anything and she was kind enough to arrange for a cab at a very nominal rate. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, I had requested an upgrade. Upon reaching we were received by Ms. Lisa (Guest Relations) and Ms.Frency (Duty Manager), both of whom made this trip a truly memorable one.I have not experienced such warm hospitality in the longest time.Further,to our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful pool suite. The room was phenomenal to the next level. This gesture was extremely wonderful on their end. It did not stop here, apart from a cake for our anniversary, Lisa and Susan (Guest Relations) surprised us & decorated our room with balloons and our pictures.Lisa and Frency also kept in touch in case we needed anything.In fact, they were simply a msg away giving one of a kind personalized experience. Ms. Olga (Guest Relations) too greeted us every single day and checked how things were and if we needed anything.It made us feel so important that we started making plans for our next trip to ITC then and there. Mr. Rahul at the breakfast and Mr. Godfred at the concierge both were extremely helpful and fantastic. The food, service, housekeeping, everything was a perfect 10. The property grounds are beautiful and one can spend days here.There are restaurants in the neighborhood as well.The experience was a perfect 10 experience, could not have asked for more.

Me and husband were there a few days ago for our honeymoon. We were welcomed with two guys singing. Along with that sweet Olga greeting us. She is literally the nicest and I loved that she checked in with us throughout our stay. (Other staff called us also everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.) Our housekeeping guy Kundan was super amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed in our room in a timely manner. He also did such a good job cleaning our room everyday and making beautiful sculptures with towels. We loved the kitchen staff. We would like to give a huge shout out to Anand, Yaspal, Harish, Mahbe, Neiwan, Dhurubajyoti, and Nishant. All of these individuals made our breakfast, lunch and dinner super easy and nice. They made sure that we were welcomed and got what we needed. Thank you all for checking in with us and going out of your way to serve us. Honestly everyone was super friendly at the hotel and everyone always greeted us and asked us to let them know if needed anything. I'm sorry if we didn't mention some of the individuals that made our stay amazing. Thank you all! ☺
