First of all, the details says its close to the Mall in Mussoorie. In reality, its a good 5 minute walk to the hotel! It is in one corner with minimal lighting, and as a group of women travelers, we were a little scared to be honest! There didn't seem to be anyone else in the "hotel" and our night stay was a little tense. And there was no mention of Treebo anywhere, which surprised us as the booking was made assuming there will be some standards to Treebo! The rooms had insects around and the sheets and linen didn't seem to be fresh. For that kind of rooms, the rate was actually high! Was more a Rs 1000 a night kind of vibe unfortunately! Requesting hotels.com to please do a review of your listed properties so that others are not cheated out of a relaxed and safe stay at any hotel! Thank you
