6). Seprate place will be provided for party/event by the help of landlord permission. Terms and Conditions Will be applied.
7). Smoking is Prohibited in rooms. Particular place provided for smoking.
8). After more than two guests in a room it will be chargeable per person per night.
9). Exact address will be provided after confirmed bookings.
10). House landlord and staff have complete right to force guest who do illegal activities and not follows house rules to vacate rooms & property.
