Everywhere I go, I got a great experience at Johnsons Homestay and on his eco-friendly houseboat. Everyone who goes alleppey go to Johnsons. The best place in alleppey for young travelers, but especially for houseboats.

My friend and I will come back to this place. I was very surprised to come back to this place. Very warm and welcoming. The houseboat was lovely, clean, peaceful, and well-run. The meals were very delicious. My friend named Johnson can also arrange an evening canoe trip which is very beautiful as well, followed by a wonderful meal at the house of the very nice host.

I had a great stay at Johnson Homestay and even better on his eco-houseboat. Everybody going to alleppey should go to Johnson. The best place in alleppey for young travellers, but especially for houseboats.

Stayed with my family in a room big enough for 5 people with AC. The room was clean and the owner was friendly. However, the best place was their boat house. But the only problem was we could not book the boathouse online and we had to pay in advance for it. For an overnight trip, it cost me €14.00, which we thought was high compared to other boats we could book online. But we trust this place based on other reviews and after our stay, I am fully satisfied.
