This place is recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and peaceful experience in the forests. The staff here is very good at serving the customers and the food is very good. The room size is big and spacious, with a well ventilated area. The view provided is beautiful, it is surrounded by tea gardens on all three sides and a view into the thick forest on one side. The pool facility with gym and game room adds to the pleasant stay. I was also lucky enough to find elephants directly from the room window. This place has a swimming pool, gym, and games room, plus it really makes the stay enjoyable.

With a short notice, we reserved this hotel and spent three days at Maa Greenery View Resort. The motel is situated in the center of a tea garden. The views are breathtaking. Even though it is currently under construction, they have a spa, gym, and a pool. At the roadside cottage, we slept. The rooms are quite roomy and spotless. It's a king-size bed and the mattresses are very cozy. A single bed is simply shared by three people. We had the good fortune to see elephants during the night at the hotel because it is close to the jungle. The meals are adequate. The items are quite useful. They have their own transportation. From there, you can go to places like the human boarder and jayanti safari. Without a Shih-tzu puppy, they permitted us to check in. Overall, our stay was excellent. We want to return.

Overall, this is a decent resort. I spent two nights in maa greenery view from January 2018 to January 2018. The resort has a lovely appearance and is situated in a tea garden and forest region. Together with my wife and daughters, I remained in the premium suite room. The resort is tranquil and well-kept and has all the conveniences. Maa greenery view is a welcome addition to the North Bengal accommodation market as it is only three months old. However, there are some areas in which the management needs to pay close attention. The resorts employees lack professionalism even though they are sincere in their efforts. There is a low sense of time management, poor food, and average service. It lacks several basic amenities such as uninterrupted power for 24 hours, a room heater, and other amenities. The property seems to be understaffed. The room charge is very expensive in my opinion. I'm not sure why the swimming pool was built in front of the cottages!

The hotel offers services such as car rental, tour plan, parking, and doctor on call. The rooms on the property are spacious, clean, well maintained and ventilated. The rooms have a bathroom with a geyser, shower and hot and cold water.

Property was atleast 2-3 kilometres inside from the main road. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room however had some challenges like - the bathroom as soon as I opened had stench even though it was clean, the mica of the furniture was coming off (dressing table and near bed), the mirror of the dressing table was old and needed repolishing done, Dustbin in the cabin was steel type (had rust in bottom). The electrical connections of television were not made and was out in open. My 2 days stay costing nearly 100$ along with meals, with all those things made it average. The only thing that made it worthwhile was staff. I would have rated it lower had they been not so supportive and caring. Cuz otherwise it felt overpriced for the room.
