1. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in : 1400 hrs & Check-out: on or before 1100 hrs.
a. Early Check-in: It depends on whether or not there are guests the previous night. Happy to accommodate it at Rs. 500 per hour before 2pm, if possible. In any case we can happily accommodate your bags in the parking area with our caretaker for free.
b. Late Check-Out: Cleaning and prepping the homestay takes time. We want every guest to feel the same satisfaction and cleanliness that you expect to have. Once again, we are happy to hold on to your bags for free with the caretaker for you to pick them up later. Inconvenience Fee for unforeseen or planned late check-out is Rs. 500 per hour post 1100 hrs.
2. ID Proof Submission: All guests staying at Mama Rose will need to send (digital copy via whatsapp or Agoda chat) their Aadhaar or Passport copies to the host before or at Check-in to register themselves.
3. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the homestay (living, dining, bathrooms, bedrooms and enclosed spaces) and common area of the apartment building (Stairwell, Terrace, and Parking). Smoking is allowed only in the balconies of the homestay with ashtrays provided. Do not throw the cigarette butts and litter the premises. The building association penalty applies. If you have not read this and smoked inside the homestay - you’ve got to pay for Laundry of the Linens, Curtains and Deep Cleaning. We try to accommodate guests with various preferences but certainly don’t want kids and families that follow your stay to breathe the stench of cigarettes/smoke!
4. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed: For the safety of our guests and the other residents in the premises and neighbors, we are only accommodating registered guests to stay overnight at the homestay. Guests are required to register any of their Visitors with the caretaker before they enter the property area. Total number of visitors cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 members including the guests. Unregistered visitors will not be allowed until you register them with the host.
5. Additional Guest Charges:
Children below 6 years - Free
Children between 6 and 12 years - Rs. 500 per child per night
Guests above 12 years - Rs. 1000 per guest per night
Maximum additional number of guests is 2.
6. Keys: Keys to be collected from the Caretaker on the Ground Floor of the property. Please ensure to get a walkthrough of the property with the caretaker as part of the check-in process. The Primary guest is responsible for the key. The fee for the Lost Key will be Rs. 3000/- or cost of new lock fixing. Please ensure to check and inspect the homestay for missing items and damages along with the caretaker at the time of your checkout. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the homestay.
7. No Pets: We love pets. However, We are unable to host them at the moment.
8. Footwear: No footwear/shoes inside the Homestay; Please. Leave your footwear in the shoe rack at the entrance of the Homestay.
9. Damages and Stains: Damages to appliances, electronics, furnitures, linen, fittings and interiors including but not limited to Refrigerator; Microwave; Oven; Chimney; Blender; Air-conditioners; Sound System; TV, Sofa, Tea Table, Dining Table, Dinner Sets, Glassware, Cutlery, Carpet, Decorative items, Carpet, Tables and Drawers will be billed to the guest directly. In case an appliance is not functioning please do not try to repair it. Report the same to the Host.
10. TV and Entertainment Usage: TV usage is allowed for guests during the entire duration of their stay. Guests have access to online platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, Airtel Xtreme channels and other OTT streaming channels. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment. These charges will be billed to the guest if any.
11. Trash: Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash cans provided. There are several wastebaskets around the house and in the toilets. Recyclable waste and organic / compost is to be disposed of separately. Please dispose Sanitary Pads & Toilet Paper in the dustbins provided in the bathrooms. Do not flush the same in the toilet. Keep the Homestay clean, neat and tidy at all times. Treat it with care as if it were your home.
12. Noise: We love a party as much as you do! But please be kind and reasonable to our neighbors and fellow residents, without them we would not be able to host you. Quiet hours are during the night from 2200 hrs – 0600 hrs.
13.Parking: Free covered parking is available at the premises for one car and a motorbike. Mama Rose is not liable for the car, motorcycle and/or other vehicles parked within the premises. Guests with additional vehicles must make their own arrangements for other vehicles or manage street parking at their own risk.
14. Elevator: The elevator has manual opening doors. Please ensure to handle them gently and closed properly.
15. Do Not Use the premises for any illegal activity.
16. Parties, Events and Commercial Activities: Please seek permission for any parties, events or commercial activities like filming, conferencing, birthdays, celebrations, etc. Some of them will be permitted at an additional cost on a case by case basis, at the discretion of Mama Rose.
