The Hotel is located right on main paota circle. And has very easy access to it. However you will always find traffic in front of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant, Room was up to the mark. We didn't had any food there so cannot tell you about the taste but the rates was normal. Overall comfortable stay.

checked in about 14:00 hrs in the hotel, very courteous staff keen on information sharing for tourist regarding places to visit with readily available map and marked places (though google maps helped) in fact informed regarding khimsar & osian also (though i had not been there reason being i was coming from Sam sand dunes, jaisalmer) so it was not worth visiting those places.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms . Hotel rooms are clean and location is very good. It's a nice budget hotel. I recommend everyone for this hotel. Value for money.

This is unquestionably not a 3. 5 star hotel. 1 or 2. The furniture was worn and soiled. When we stepped on the bathroom faucet, water was poured out of a leak and plumped on the toilet tissue. When we arrived, the room safe was locked and I called the front desk to get someone to open it. It took two calls to get someone to arrive. The front desk seemed unaware there was such a thing in the room. The wifi was at best subpar. There was a lack of hot water but the worst problem was the lack of hot water. The first night we came back late from our tour. There was no hot water at all. We eventually got water that was slightly above room temperature after numerous complaints and walking over an hour to the front desk by myself. We only had cold water the second night. Breakfast was ok but not great, and the staff seemed to try to offer excellent service. We stayed for the second night because our tour package included two nights there. We would have left after the first night if we had paid by ourselves. After we left, we complained to the tour guide, who said the hotel claimed we had not made any complaints in their log book. The log book is controlled by the employees, and they didn't think any of our complaints were a problem. Avoid this place. Costs are not worth the headaches.

Very satisfying experience at this beautiful hotel. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I like to especially thank Ajay Singh at the receptionist, who treated us professionally. Will come back to stay here again.

The internet connection was very bad, we moved to rooms closer to the router, but the next day we spent time in the lobby , to be recconected.

Hotel was clean but the Rooms where quite HOT and uncomfortable. After complaining also no action was taken to correct the temperature In Morning also, the Bathroom did not have HOT water. The response was that there Boiler was showing correct temperature. Comfort of the guest was not taken care and the reasoning was absurd that the temperature was maintained at the Central level,rest they were not aware.

The hotel is at good location near to bus stand, it even has nice views. I like the property but you should maintain it well... passage and washroom were cleaned but it was stinking...cleaning of the washroom should include the backsides of the bathroom door which was quite dirty. Passage was full of cigarette smell.

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM BREAKFAST WAS PAID AND INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES BUT AT THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT PAID FOR AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR IT. STAFF AND THE FEMALE MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I WAS SHOWING THEM THE INVOICE SHOWING EVERYTHING WAS PAID FOR. I CALLED HOTELS.COM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY FOR IT AND THEY WILL CREDIT ME FOR THE CHARGES BUT I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE CREDIT.ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE RESTAURANT AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF. FOOD IS VERY GOOD.
