Overall, this is a very reasonable place. I spent the day in this hotel as part of i was on business and had savoring it. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. There are three types of rooms executive, superior, and grandeur. My room was superior. It was incredibly roomy. Better lighting could have been added. With tavern and utensils, the bathroom was immaculate and wellkept. Additionally excellent was the complimentary breakfast. One of my colleagues stayed in the grandeure rooms, which are the best here with enormous rooms with sofas and gym bikes. Within mr. 5 km, they also offered complimentary taxi services.

Overall, i had a very pleasant experience at the mgm mark hotel and would recommend it to others. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Its location was convenient, with easy access to nearby offices and restaurants.

Overall, i had a positive experience. I spent three weeks at this hotel. It is incredibly peaceful, making it an ideal location for arranging resumptions on business. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and noise to avoid. Sonali and the rest of the staff are very competent and welltrained, particularly in restaurant service. Good cleanliness standards are maintained, and good food is served at the restaurant.

Would love to return soon. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the stay was fantastic. I want to express my gratitude to sevanthi, sonali, nisarga, who took excellent care of my child even during breakfast. They are all courteous yet competent.

I chose this tranquil location over many options in whitefield for my grandsons birthday party with only relatives. I must thank mr. Kushnendra, mm. Suchit, chef jamal, and all the other staff for their positive attitude, cooperation, etc. To make my days party very successful. All the guests were amazed by the service provided by stewards in the restaurant and the food was very delicious. Everybody left with high praise. Room service and housekeeping were also very appreciated.

This hotel has a good location. The best part is the 24hour room, not the 2 pm checkin and 12 pm checkout policies. I enjoyed my stay there. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel is good. Good food. Nice presentation and reasonable price. Thank you.

This place offers good value for money. It is conveniently located near all major it companies in whitefield. The rooms are decent, and the food is delicious.

The hotel offers a luxurious atmosphere with rooms priced at less than $2,000. The rooms are quite spacious, and each room will have sachets of milk powder, coffee powder in addition to storing cupboards, refrigerators and lockers. The housekeeping is excellent. After that, they even iron and wash clothes. There are amenities like utensils and jugs in the spotless restrooms as well. They also have their own bar and restaurant attached. Restaurant cuisine is typically served buffetstyle. Even food can be ordered in your room using room service. Although the food is decent, it is not exceptional, its comparatively expensive. You can request decoration in our room and have candle night dinner over here. All you need to do is call the hotel early and ask them for the same, which isnt free, but is significantly less expensive than other restaurants offer when you search online in and around bangkok. The rooms are spacious and wellequipped, with all the amenities available. The washroom was clean and hygienic. Very expensive when it comes to laundry cleaning and ironing, which can be relooked. Room service is very slow, we have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes even if you forgot your keys inside the room. Food is normal and the taste is generally good which everyone will like. Location of the hotel is at peak point where it is accessible for everyone. Overall a good stay.

I had a great experience when i first stayed at mgm mark for business. It is definitely better than fewer of the major business chains in bangkok on sabbatical. The staff was very helpful and made the entire experience quite memorable. I really appreciate the free transfer to work location within 5 km that pretty much covers the whitefield area. Will definitely choose it for future trips and will recommend others. Thank you!.

My company provided me with 2 rooms for this hotel, the rooms are small but just enough for 2 people. When i got to the location of the hotel it was deserted and you couldnt find anyone on the street on weekends. Breakfast buffet and room service were good but the inhouse dining was way too expensive.

I stayed for one night while on business. The location is right behind lemontree. Room was clean and comfortable, enough for 1 or 2 nights. Restaurant was not good, it took an hour to serve one fried rice that was completely dry and tasteless. Ordered another item which took a long time but was equally tasteful. Breakfast buffet had tasty menu.

In the month of october 2023, i stayed here. It was a pleasant stay. The staff here is excellent and will assist you throughout your stay in every way. Food is delicious. Hygiene is the best feature. I had an amazing experience here with hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is exceptional, especially the housekeepers suvankar, gaurid duvajit, and dinner staff. All services at the perfect asked time and full dedication. Stayed there for 15 days without letting down. Reception is always smiling and welcoming. Even there cab drivers are good Roshid, Sri Rama and devraj. Kudos mgm! Keep up the good work.

If i went to blr again, ill make another reservation. My stay was excellent. If you avoided peak traffic, it would take me about 15 minutes to take a taxi from bagmane business park. For me, this was quite reasonable. The hotel was very quiet, and the customer service was firstrate. It wasnt upscale, but it was clean and cozy. There was good internet access. Im from the us, in the northeastern city of december.
