Hey,
This is Mohit Kaushik and Pooja Sharma and we will be your host from Mohija Homestay. We know that you are looking forward to this vacation as much as we are!
We can't wait to welcome you to our humble place and we thought that some of the following reminders & relevant details might help you get settled for your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES:
• The balcony is shared with other guests. Hence event & alcohol drinking is restricted on the balcony to avoid any discomfort to the neighboring guest. You can do the same inside your room.
• To keep the room clean, please smoke outside the room only and put the cigarette butts in the ashtray provided at balcony
• No loud noise and music allowed on the balcony after 9:00 PM
• Be neighborhood friendly and avoid physical and verbal abuse
• Use resources sensibly – Make sure not to leave the tap running and appliance switched off when you don’t need them
• Maintain hygiene, use dustbin for the trash
• Keep noise levels minimum after 10:00 PM
• Don’t leaves wet towels on the floor
• Housekeeping service will be provided in the morning before 9:00 AM and after 7:00 PM in the evening. Please inform us of the same in advance
• Lock the door if you are going out
• Please take your shoes off at the balcony before entering in the property
• Please put trash in the dustbin provided in the room. Make sure to give the bins to the housekeepers at the time of room services
Requesting to please respect the house rules and maintain the decorum as you were living at your own home. Monetary compensation will be required for anything that is broken, stolen or any rules broken.
ENJOY THE KITCHEN:
• Electric induction and other basic utensils are placed in the kitchen.
• If something is broken or not working, please let us know, we will fix it
• Please let us know if you need anything else, we have few items kept in our supply
• Respect your host and their time by washing any dishes you've dirtied. It will be a great help
• We provide homemade food for our guests. Please adhere to the timing for food ordering as provided on the menu. The utensil for ordered food will be cleaned by us. Please keep it on the balcony after you have the food.
• Cook/Maid will be provided on extra charges
• Please use the sink strainer provide and dump food particles from the strainer into the garbage
• Wipe out the kitchen tops, fridge and stove top before you check-out
• Please leave the kitchen as it was when you arrived and would appreciate for helping us in keeping the kitchen in order

CHECK-IN
• Check-in after 2:00 PM. Please adhere to the check in time.
• In case if you are planning to check in early, please communicate with us prior. Early check-in will only be possible if there are no back-to-back bookings.
• Free parking is available.
• There is 40 steps down elevated path from the road to the stay.
• Guest to fill in the registration book along with the govt ID of each guest
• Make sure that the number of guests will be the same as mentioned at the time of booking. Any additional guest will be charged extra
CHECK-OUT
• Check out before 12:00 PM. Please adhere to the check-out time.
• In case you are planning to check out late, please communicate with us prior. Late check-out will only be possible if there are no back-to-back bookings.
• Please lock all the door and Window
• Please Turn off all lights and fans
• Place all trash in dustbin
• Food utensil and leftover to be cleaned by yourself before checkout
