Very good service during breakfast and dinner. Amaaaazing views from roof top terrace. Great location for exploring Udaipur, walkable local attractions like City palace and Jagdish Mandir. Better than it looks. Be mindful that no cars will stop at hotel doorstep. Concierge are helpful when booking taxis. Pavan was super helpful.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in during this trip. The location is just perfect - views over the lake plus brilliant views from the roof terrace. It is very close to the City Palace and the old town - which was lovely to walk round. We were upgraded which was kind so had even lovelier rooms than we had booked. Spacious rooms with lovely bathrooms and very tasteful fittings. Comfortable beds. Restaurant was excellent - very tasty food and a good range of choices. Full marks to the cook. Nitesh was an absolute star - sorted out a guide for a city tour and booked us into the folk show round the corner - which was an absolute delight. He also took me to the festival one night which was super kind. Overall, couldn't fault this hotel. Lovely helpful staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location and amazing hospitality. Please be aware its in the old city so a car can't come up to hotel and you have to use an auto and this is informed by the hotel. No lift and no locker. These are minor issues compared to the view, the terrace restaurant, the service and to the fact that the city palace, market, Jagdish temple are just minutes away.

Highly recommended if you want to stay near the city palace with the best rooms, facilities and excellent service. Excellent location with great and very helpful staff. Notes, sugar and ravi went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make the start very memorable.

I will recommend this place to you who like to stay at this place. This room is a luxury hotel with great service. The room is well maintained with almost all amenities. The best point is the scenic view of Lake Nicholas. The food was outstanding and the rooftop was perfect for food and time.

The price is worth what I got. The Presidential Suite room, which features a stylish, large bath tub, is so excellent that it beats expensive 4- or 5-star hotels! The view from both the bedroom and the balcony is quite amazing and captivating the property is right next to the lake. It is compact enough for all of the Ott subscriptions, so your late evenings are all set. The staff is polite and helpful. Cons 1. Due to its location in a historic area, it is not very close to this hotel. However, they have a tie with a handful of auto drivers that are always available. However, it's still a bit of a problem for those traveling with family. My presidential suite was on the ground floor, but there is no elevator. If you are traveling with family, this is once again a consideration. Im not comfortable with breakfast or other meals that are generally boring here, so it is advisable to eat at the wheel cafe or other nearby restaurants. Although I feel like grading it five stars, I still want to.

I would recommend this property to everyone visiting Udaipur. This place is in a great location with a scenic view. The rooms are very well decorated, especially the Presidential Suite is a great value for the money. In general, the property is very good and the staff is friendly.

I recommend the best hotel in Udaipur! The quality of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful view, a great location, fantastic food, and kind staff. I will come back for more moustache hotels and adventure excursions.

Lake view room was 5 *, the view from the bath at sunset was beauitful, possibly the best room we have had on our travels in India, the guy who greeted us was very polite and helpful, however the staff we served us our evening mral in restaurant reduced this from 5 star to 4 star.
