To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your visit:
1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, Aadhar card, driver’s license) upon check-in.
For international guests, a passport with a valid visa is required.
3. Guest Conduct
Please maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor toward fellow guests and staff.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Parties and events are not allowed on the premises unless pre-approved by management.
4. Maximum Occupancy
Each apartment has a designated maximum occupancy. Additional guests beyond this limit are not permitted without prior approval and may incur additional charges.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance
Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Any damages or issues with the apartment should be reported immediately to the front desk.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A designated smoking area is available outside the property.
6. Safety and Security
For your safety, ensure that the main doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Guests are advised not to leave personal belongings unattended in common areas. Nandan Elite is not responsible for any loss or damage.
The use of open flames (e.g., candles) is strictly prohibited within the apartments.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the property unless stated otherwise and approved by management.
8. Amenities Usage
Use the facilities and amenities provided (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking, appliances) responsibly and follow any instructions provided.
Any damage or excessive misuse of amenities may result in additional charges.
9. Parking
Covered parking is available for guests. Ensure that vehicles are parked in the designated spots.
Nandan Elite is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
10. Visitors
Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management and must vacate the property by 10:00 PM.
Overnight stays by visitors are not allowed unless they are registered as part of your booking.
11. Prohibited Items
The use of illegal substances or the possession of hazardous items (e.g., explosives, flammable materials) is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund and may involve legal action.
12. Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, such as fire or medical issue, please inform the front desk immediately and follow the safety instructions provided by the staff.
13. Wi-Fi and Internet Use
Our complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests’ convenience. Please refrain from illegal downloading or activities that violate copyright laws or local regulations.
14. Payment and Cancellations
Payments must be made according to the terms set out at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
15. Liability
Nandan Elite reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with these house rules without refund or compensation.
Any breach of these rules that results in property damage or loss will be billed to the guest.
16. Respect for Property
Please treat the property and its furnishings with care. Any damages caused intentionally or through negligence will result in repair or replacement costs charged to the guest.
