Good facility with a Pool and a Pool side Bar, there is no Car Park and this is definitely a Negative for they cud have converted some place inside the hotel as a car park and that was easily doable.. Friendly staff, the first day service was poor, but we were late a little in the morning for breakfast and thats absolutely tolerable.. I wud rate this a good hotel certainly not the best...

The hotel is Ok-Value for Money-Room is spacious.-Need a higher capacity AC for the Room-Very comfortable location-3 minutes walk from Beach and 500 meters from Main Road. Very good hotel staff-especially Mr. Raj-he helped me to get a car for to drive around Goa-I would suggest this hotel to anybody for a comfortable stay in Goa for 3-4 days.

Very nice place ..... very friendly and helpful staff ...... they went that extra mile to look after whatever we needed ..... really love them for that ....... The rooms are spacious ........ and ya pretty clean ..... The bathroom has a shower and a water heater ... no tub .... food is pretty good .... The location of this hotel is very nice ... its 300 meters from the beach and its about 10 minutes drive from calangute and baga beach ... there is free WIFI in the dining areas

Good villa with no disturbances. Food quality not great but the remaining villa was good, cleaning on time and no disturbance can stay with friends and party and enjoy the time in Goa. Breakfast free of charge was not good

When onda do mar phase 2 pops Calangute mall, Holiday Street, Gauravaddo, Calangute, North Goa, Calangute, Goa, India 403516, a typical older hotel in Goa, the room is pleasant and has both a front and rear balcony. Both balconies were without furniture until I requested some. Bed is very soft but adequate, bedding is adequate even though it hasn't been changed in ten days check in was good. They seemed to require my passport for quite a while which made me nervous. It is a job to clean up the room, I've been here for four days and it's cleaned once. Breakfast was fine, with the smallest coffee cups ever, they're espresso cups for instant coffee. I choose to enjoy coffee on the beach because it's a shame that I can't even read my book because it's awful noise. This place is not the place to relax. I tried to leave early this morning because a lot of Indians came here, all of them were drunk, and I could hear some loud music from the pool for about 12 hours, but it was too late for me to get in and splashing around. You must find other hotels, especially if you purchase overpriced drinks at this hotel. We appreciate the incredible 10 days you have spent here. It also makes sense that the rules

Rooms four star rooms are roomy and tidy. Room amenities one star have only a hairdryer and thats why it is given one star. No water kettle, no water bottle provided. When asked for water bottle they said they only provide ro filtered water in the rooms. Breakfast was tasty, but the menu was not displayed anywhere. Cornflakes smelled, as spoke owner mars. Fernandez said the cornflakes were not ok and thats why they were stinking. The buffet breakfast was sparse. There were no options for children to eat. They must think about that. Mars. Fernandez is the owner and not supportive. After lots of talks, she asked her staff to put a tea kettle and water bottle in the room. Only kettles were kept. There were no tea cups, tea sachets, milk sachets, or coffee sachets left. When asked why only kettle and no cups and other items were kept. When asked why, Maria the Epic answer we received was that the kettle was just kept for hot drinking water. A very bad experience. Think twice before making a reservation. They do not know how to provide true services. No wonder they only have a 3. 4 rating on google, tripadvisor, make my trip, and many other sites. We paid the amount and have children with us, so we couldn't
