The staff was amazing and very helpful. They were at your service as soon as you needed and well spoken. The breakfast had a great variety and something for everyone. On the outset the hotel rooms look modern and really good, however the sheets could have been better as I had found little marks each time they were changed. My shampoo in the room had run out and it wasn't replaced even though I'd asked, therefore attention to detail is necessary. The hotel had live music on the weekend which was honestly the perfect touch to a relaxing weekend here.

Room was very filthy. Property was not clean at all. Washroom floors were sticky, and there were stains all over the washroom. Bed sheets were not optimal as well.

I booked for six nights and before my checkout on Friday morning, I spoke with the guy at the front desk on Thursday night to ask if I could extend my stay for two more nights. He checked his computer and said it was possible but I would have to move into a different room. The next morning, I go to the front desk and the lady at the front desk told me I had to check out that day. She said that the hotel is fully booked and there’s no more rooms available. I explained the situation to the lady, and she said, “Oh, sorry, but we already gave your room to someone else.” I told her that wasn’t my problem — I’m their current guest. How can they tell me to come back and check out for someone who isn’t even a guest yet? It would’ve been easier to ask the new guest to find another room rather than inconvenience a current one. They handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally. Especially since I had paid for the room the night before. Also the room had so many red ants and the shower drain smelled like a sewer water. Definitely won’t be staying there again.
