The hotel is close to the train station and bus stop. The decor is decent and the rooms are fine, except for a few cockroaches that were brought to the housekeeping notice. The restaurant staff are not attentive or eager to attend to any requests. The breakfast spread and food menu are quite limited compared to comparable hotels. My worst experience came with the laundry. I personally went to the laundry and was advised not to use iron on my uniform trousers directly. I returned two trousers with iron marks and patches and the trousers were damaged. Both my colleagues and white uniform t-shirts were demolished with stains and yellow shading. I was able to demonstrate the issue to the manager. I allimuthu, who after initial arguments acknowledged and agreed to pay for two trousers in question inr 1800, agreed to pay the cost of the two trousers after initial arguments, he insisted that I have the packed out trousers that were needed as backup as I wouldn't get new uniform pants at all at any short notice. The man started speaking rudely over the phone and advised me to complain to whomever I wanted. The manager misled the guest's need at the time of checkout. I left the location without receiving the promised compensation, which was in anyway not going to get me back my pants. It left a very bad odor.

In Dildigul, a very well-kept business hotel. Close to the bus stand. The approach road is a little rough. Parking is available on an open site close to the hotel. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are offered at the hotel restaurant. So, I didn't try. The day we checked in, the leader of a dravid party was staying in the same hotel. All of his supporters had gathered in the lobby, so there was little social distance. None was wearing a mask. In general, a nice hotel to stay at.

I stayed here on my way to Gunnar last December. Staff service was good, rooms are quite spacious. I liked it, however, I felt the cost of the stay was higher in Dindigul. That said, the hotel is good enough.

I reserved this hotel through the hotel's web page. Unfortunately, the front desk did not give me any confirmation of the reservation. Therefore, I had to show my email confirmation of my reservation. By God's Grace, the room was accessible and allowed me. We had three people in the room, but toiletries were only provided for one person. Excellent hotel. If anyone wants to book the hotel, use a third party reservation app.

The food in the restaurant there was quite good. The key staff was quite reliable. Their Fish Fry was top notch and fresh and they assured me of that and lived upto the claim. The room was also quite spacious. There was a problem with the TV , but they soon came and replaced it in 5 mins. The only drawback I saw was that there were tiny cockroaches in the room which I knew they will not be able to address. Since it was only a 1 night stay we decided to ignore it. Had it not been for this issue, it is actually a decent place for that price point.
