Platinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries. The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job! A highly recommended hotel 👏👍

Good and very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and WIFI. Very good customer service and care. We will recommend this hotel for everyone. Whenever we come back to Jalandhar we will stay in this hotel.

Considering that you are in a Tier 2 city, the hotel is quite good with comfortable & spacious rooms. The service and cleanliness is good as well. Their breakfast spread was surprisingly great! The only down side was the high number of flies in the dining area - probably due to the rainy season I guess. But overall a great hotel.

Excellent stay, the staff were really helpful and very easy to talk to. They accommodated all of our needs. We had a really early flight out from Rajkot airport, so this hotel was in the ideal place within 2 miles of the airport. The staff also were very helpful and also made us vegetable sandwiches for breakfast, and they were delicious. Really lovely stay!

We stayted here for overall 5 nights ,a stay of 3 nights then 1 and 1 nights as we traveled and then came back to the hotel. The front office manager , Kalpesh , was very helpful and arranged a trip for us at the last minute. The staff are very professional and friendly . The restaurant staff are also very good , though a little to eager if that's possible . Some eggs being available for breakfast would not go amiss. The restaurant is vegetarian only and is adequate, room service is also good. It overall a nice hotel, clean and well run and NRI's would be fine here.

A very clean and spacious hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would say it is one of the best in town. Restaurant could do with an eye on cleanliness. Cutlery and tables/chairs were at times not very clean. Overall an 8/10 rating would be appropriate.

This hotel has a good feel to it. I liked the buffet breakfast. For 250, free breakfast was a huge spread. Many thanks to Vive for arranging the airport pickup and also providing an early check-in service.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Close to the airport. Suitable for trips for both business and pleasure with children. Great hotel with good hospitality. The rooms are clean. The cuisine is too good. The hotel staff is very humble. This is my first visit and I have no major complaints about the hotel. There are some flaws in the interior, but that's fine.

Over five nights, our time at the platinum hotel was extremely pleasant. The rooms were enormously comfortable, spotless, and large, with enough space for all of our luggage, all of the amenities such as a secure safe and complimentary bottled water. The restaurant was fantastic, the buffet featured a full selection of local and international options at a very reasonable cost. The restaurant's employees were pleasant in their welcoming greetings and courteous responses. They went above and beyond to acquire specific local items that we would like for brunch. The hotel provided excellent housekeeping, especially in housekeeping. Even with the top 5 star hotel where we stayed in Delhi, housekeeping was exceptionally quick to deliver everything we requested, our baggage was brought up and down promptly, and so on. For example, the doorman promptly called us autos and always greeted us with a grin. The laundry service was also quite reasonably priced and ready to return. I'd like to thank my. Chaudhary for setting up our stay and taking care of all of our requests, such as planning intercity travel. Small suggestions laundry may be returned slightly damp on some days, and billing can be more explicit The breakdown of billing for room service, the restaurant, etc is presented differently than the breakdown of the final invoices. The hotel announced free airport transportation, but we weren't initially informed of this.

During my recent trip with my wife son and mother sister from October until November 2021. My room number 303 and 306. I was lucky enough to stay at your platinum hotel once. The hotel is the best and staff are generally pleasant. I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay at the platinum particularly my. Choudhary Halal was very helpful and deserves a lot of praise for the excellent customer service. The hotel staff maintained a positive attitude and made me feel welcome during the stay. Everyone treated us with dignity and respect. I was amazed at the consistency of their performance and willingness to go extradite. Thank you and your staff for making our stay enjoyable. Without a doubt, Ill stay at the Platinum Hotel once more with family the next time. Nothing more than hello, and thank you for making our stay wonderful.. Thank you very much, Texas talia.
