Spectacular heritage hotel just minutes from the heart of the old city. Quiet, beautiful, clean. You feel like you have stepped into a merchant ivory film. The food was great too.

If you want calm and clean room after Jodhpur sightseeing, this one is for you. We stayed one night here and everything was perfect. Thali in this hotel's restaurant is best I ever had.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms were spacious, well kept and had all the amenities required. The outside restaurant was beautiful and had a great ambience. There was live peaceful music during both our evening meal and breakfast. We spent the whole of the second day relaxing in the grounds of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax whether you want to be around people or not.

Ranbanka Palace is a great hidden under-stated hotel. We enjoyed staying here more than another 5 Star property in our trip to Rajasthan. It has a lovely courtyard with live music played during break-fast and dinner. If you are not too fussy about 5 star luxury this hotel is great for its price. The pool and the lawn is great as well.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Ranbanka Palace. Staff was very helpful and amenities were good. The room was beautiful, clean and perfect for celebrating a weekend. I'll just leave this here.

The hotel has a wifi connection that works very well. We also enjoy the safari ride from the hotel to Bisalpur. During our stay here, we enjoy the experience of staying here. I really enjoy the service of the employees, especially the food, and the wonderful heritage theme room, plus the clean and tidy pool.

The employees were the nicest staff I have ever met at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The bar was amazing. The rooms were very luxurious. The pool was also very nice. The food was fantastic.

Food was good; musical performances in the outdoor courtyard during dinner was great. Staff was courteous and efficient. No elevator in the main heritage building.

The building is a heritage building, formerly a palace. The grounds are beautiful. There is a spa, and at night, there is a group playing traditional music while you dine al fresco under the stars. I stayed in the palace wing and found it rather old. The management should upgrade the toilets and change to modern lighting. Then the hotel will be truly magnificent. There is new wing around the courtyard which was completed in 2000 which should be newer. i like the location of the hotel. It is next to a very luxurious hotel Which practically shares the same building! There is also a row of classy shops and restaurants within walking distance, so there is sufficient dining options for international visitors.

Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room. 9. Sofa had stain on it.
