Our stay at the Regency Lagoon was a memorable one. Is you want to get pampered, than this is the place to be. The staff are amazing, friendly, warm and very professional. Very clean and well maintained resort. 100% value for money. Highly recomended.

We were very impressed with the build and beauty of this facility. Staff are very attentive and provide excellent service, especially those at the attached restaurants. Names that come to mind are Satyawati, Vikram Thapa, Tufan, Aanandh, Jeevan Singh, Gajendra Singh, and the whole team.

Here is how I would describe the hotel briefly : excellent service, courteous and enthusiastic staff, rooms spread out in a beautiful landscape , comfortable rooms and a full spread breakfast. If you are looking for non chain hotel or simply the best place in Rajkot this hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent hospitality, excellent venue, well-maintained resort, delicious cuisine. Staff is very cooperative and polite. It is suggested that valley parking be maintained for resort guests and if possible, for visitors.

I spent one night at the lagoon resort. After reading so much about it, I made a reservation for this resort. The resort is magnificent in every way. The wifi password never works. The mobile network in the room is either very poor or zero. If you wish to make a call right away, we must go out. Network is in a dire location. The room's shower is being slow, and it can produce cold and hot water for a brief while. It needs improvement. When I first entered the room, the temperature was 29 deg I, and it took five hours to reach 25 I. Although I have a fan, it is farther from the bed. My slumber was poor. There was no sense of client care whatsoever. Nevertheless, everyone seems to be concerned about their customers. It's simply false, in my opinion. I will never stay here again.

The hotel has an amazing location, with a great atmosphere, polite staff, and delicious food, so if I come here again, I will come to visit them again for vacation with my family. The room was clean and large, the environment was lush and green with sitting area and swimming pool with lagoon.
