The location here is perfect and there are restaurants and stores right around the hotel. The staff here was very kind and caring. Especially with the big rooms. And then, the breakfast was very satisfying.

I had a bad experience while staying in a deluxe room, but after some problems we got a suite room that looks out onto the sea. The atmosphere was very calm and tidy. The food is mostly the restaurant itself which is fine too.

The owner was very kind and considerate. The location was very strategically located on Cherai beach. The place was comfortable and comfortable. It was a great place to stay for a family holiday.

I had a great time there. There is plenty of space outside for children to cycle I play. The food was also great. Being on the seaside gives you the best opportunity to hang around the beach any time of the day. The resort is flanked on one side by the lake which also adds to it's charm.

A good hotel with a sea view and a backwater view, but some buildings in between were partially blocking the view. They have plenty of parking space. Backwaters are directly next to the lawn of the hotel, so we enjoyed walking on the lawn and seeing a few water birds. Just cross the road and you are on the beach. Very memorable. We only tasted curd rice and it was good. Rooms were clean but service was average. A nice break from the bustle of city life.

The hotel is just across a small strip of land and the island road from the ocean. The back side of the property goes all the way to the backwaters. Breakfast was included in the room rate and I usually got a Masala omelette and the pancakes which were fine. The outdoor swimming pool as nice, fair sized, and the water felt fairly warm. When I first got to my room I thought some of the doors and furniture was a little bit "tired" and the TV was small screen but it worked well with many channels available in many languages. The water in the shower never got to be warm but I could still tolerate a cool shower. The service was very good and always quite attentive.

Had booked Suite Room after full prepayment, for 4 days on Expedia which assured No need for reconfirmation!. On arrival at the resort, the Check in staff informed there is no booking and they have no arrangement with Expedia at all for suite rooms. Was absolutely doomed. After 2 hours ordeal of trying to speak to Expedia and informing them that I will lodge Police complaint for fraud, they relented and the suite showed up from nowhere.
