I was there for 3 Nights, that was a duplay room and was very small, very old property but somehow maintained. most of machienes at Gym was not working. Limited buffet menu. Its just a good Hotel not a Resort

Nice hotel not very far from the Mall. Located along the main road and easy to locate. As we had a driver and car, they have ample parking space for our hired car. Good breakfast with very good service provided by the restaurant staff. Hotel has dormitory for drivers - our driver told us it stank and he and other drivers had to sleep in their vehicles. Hotel should clean up its dormitory as drivers are human and need to sleep well so that they are fit to drive the next day.

Very comfortable stay. We got an upgrade and the room was very luxurious with a great view of the mountains. The staff was courteous and attended to us very promptly. The only hitch was that the TV didnt work for a while and took them a good hour to fix. But its just a minor glitch and am pretty sure it was one off issue. Will certainly recommend a stay here. I would probably choose this hotel again, if i happen to come back here.

Excellent hotel durant notre séjour de 4 jours à Manali. Nous avons pu profiter du massage SPA, du restaurant, du room service et également du service Travel agent. Nous avons aucun commentaires négatifs sur ces prestations. Seul point où l'hôtel n'accepte pas la carte American Express. Hotel A RECOMMANDER

Good overall 4 starts for the view, but didn't expect the property to be soo dated despite paying for one of the best rooms the upstairs tv had no working channels, the rooms in general look tired the whole inside of the building does and the room key card wouldn't work. But otherwise the breakfast was great, location was great for Zingbus and ameneties aplenty.

Average property that wasn’t worth the money i paid for it. There was no view of the hills. It was on the 2nd floor and the only view was of the main road in front of the hotel. The breakfast was decent. There was no wifi. Overall it is an average property that should have average price. It wasnt worth the money i paid for it.

Staff was nice but hotel room condition not I expected for the price I paid. Room doors worn out , bath room not clean, commode was bad. We had bad water coming through taps for all rooms for some time bad planning in maintenance not worth the rate/price you pay.

This hotel is no good I do not know how the Expedia mention it excellent it is not too many spider and masquites in the room we not sleep during over stay in this hotel never go back in this hotel and no recommend some one to go ithey charged too many munch in this money we can stay better hotels in manali
