One of the finest properties I've ever visited, even though it's small and has only a few rooms, the property is well-maintained and the view from all rooms is breathtaking. The food is also excellent, and the entire staff, particularly my nail, Natasha at the front desk, and Panda the restaurant staff, were very attentive to all of our guests. It's worth visiting, a must-visit for a short break near Mumbai. And, especially if you book in advance because it is always booked.

I would say it's decent for the money paid. The location is on the lake and this place is close to the beach, but the water was raining all day.

One of the best resorts I've ever visited, but make sure you get to the right entry point from Lonavala. The road from Lonavala to the property was quite bad due to rains. Good modest host and staff, lots of activities to do on the property, good food and nice atmosphere.

My family's experience at Surprise was unforgettable and fantastic. Our stay was quite comfortable and peaceful. The food was especially delicious and delicious. No one ate bored us. The staff was very polite and accommodating to any of our requests. The views from the property were breathtaking, and the weather was incredible. Thank you to the lovely management and amaze employees for making this brief family vacation a truly unforgettable one.
