The hotel is in a great location. All the tourist spots in the area are easily accessible. Cannoli Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The service and staff were very great. The nearby restaurant served delicious food. I really enjoy this place.

My sister and I were searching for a good and affordable place for our trip to Goa. We stumbled upon this establishment and booked it through a phone conversation. The hotel is situated in the Cannoli market and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Our ideal spot for snapping pictures was a tiny pool that faced the entrance and was adjacent to a small restaurant area. On request, the staff was incredibly kind and organized everything from hair dryers and irons in the rooms to taxi services to our destinations. We also enjoyed a meal here and it was very delicious. They play good music, and the space has a happy vibe. The food served was also nice, and seafood lovers will undoubtedly flock to this place for some delicacies.

The cuisine was delicious, and seafood lovers will undoubtedly rely on this location for some mouth-watering delicacies. Both my sister and I needed a decent and reasonably priced place on my journey to Goa. After a phone conversation, I came across this establishment and reserved the room. This hotel, which is situated on Cannoli's marketplace, exceeded our expectations. The accommodations are substantial and well-kept. Our ideal location for clicking photos was a tiny pool right outside the entrance adjacent to a little restaurant. On request, the employees took care of everything, including hair dryers and irons in the rooms, to taxi services for our destinations. On our trip, the personnel was very accommodating and prepared everything we required, including hair dryers and irons in the rooms. We also had a meal here, and the food was excellent. The setting is savored because they play good music. For seafood lovers, the cuisine was also excellent.

The cleanliness of the room was good with the condition of the clean and cozy room. The location is close to the market and beach. And then, the attitude of the employee was so sweet. After that, the breakfast was also delicious and I will be back to try again.

I have a good experience while staying here. The place is very good and tidy. The receptionist lady is also very helpful, the breakfast is delicious, but the only negative thing is that there is no hot water, because the room is not clean. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel.

The over all property was small but it was good satisfying

This hotel was new, not even finished building yet. There are some power cut occasionally for a short time. But the location was not too bad, only take 3minutrs to the beach. Room itself was good, but hopefully they will polish the customer service skills in the future.

There is no parking facility at all. They believe all Indians arrive by flight only to their hotel Also they do not serve fresh tea and coffee. You need to put Nescafe powder in milk stating it as coffee and making it yourself. There in no concept of ginger in the Tea. Welcome drink was kept when people were at the checking out so they should name is as goodbye drink. One of the items in the breakfast was Maggie. Bedsheets of the rooms were never changednor the comforter covers. There was a used earbuds lying on the floor of the room which was never picked up by the house cleaning facility. No cleanliness. Hot water didn't come for 1 day. No concept of giving hairdryers. All Delux rooms have different interiors and sizes so people end up getting jealous of each other that one got bigger delux room one got smaller delux room. Very pricy with less facilities.
