An Honest Review • Property Location: Exquisite • Service: Top-notch • Food: Delicious This property truly offers a luxurious experience. I recently visited the Royal Orchid property, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Fransquinha at the front desk. She went out of her way to arrange a pre-check-in room for us, as my wife is six months pregnant. Fransquinha took great care of us throughout our stay until the moment we checked out. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sam, Manager Ashish, and their fantastic team – Mohit, Jolivon, and Jonathan. They were all well-prepared and committed to delivering top-notch service. Chef Sam and Ashish recommended some amazing food combinations. I genuinely suggest opting for the full board when booking this property – the food is a must-try. Traditional music while having breakfast is something peaceful and magical. Room service, the swimming pool, and other amenities were extremely efficient and quick. The only minor concern is that the rooms are a bit small. However, the aesthetics are beautiful, with attention to detail and thoughtful design throughout.

Nice property with lot of amenities like swimming pool, games etc. Direct access to beach possible. Chairs are provided at the beach, however they are just outside of the property and would have been nice to be ahead. Staff is helpful. However response time was much more on Saturday than on other days, possibly due to rush of tourists.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm and hospitable. The only drawback was that one of the dishes we ordered took a long time to be served.

We had a very comfortable stay at Royal Orchid in Uttorda. We had rooms with an amazing view of the grounds. There were lots of families. The pool and beach were great for our needs as a young family. We were unhappy that we were asked to pay in full upon checkin.

We had booked 4 pool facing rooms. The resort was very child friendly and had lot of games and activities for the kids. The staff was very warm and friendly. The food was delicious and my entire family loved it. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Special mention of Fransquinha, Prakash, Vinod, Rohit who went out of the way to make us comfortable.

Overall Super Stay, Warm and hospitable reception, fast check in, nice quint villas converted in various rooms, pool with a bar counter, super room service, though found the rooms to be small, they were comfortable and well maintained. Bet part was as required my Air conditioning was superly chilling. Loved it. Well spread breakfast buffet though and efficient service here as well.
