* Wi-Fi and other password can be obtained on request.
* Printing charge is Rs 10 /- per page if facility used
* No Smoking inside the property.
* Designated smoking area is provided in the Balcony
* Providing a copy of credentials of each pax is Mandatory on arrival
* Cooks @1000/- per day and house help @500 per day can be made available for long stays on chargeable basis and should be requested while booking
* House keeping will be provided every day upon request
* Change of bed linen and covers can be requested every 2 or 3 days
* Respect quiet hours, especially during late evenings and early mornings.
* No parties or events without prior approval.
* Please remove shoes upon entering.
* Keep the property secure by locking doors and windows when leaving.
* Please conserve energy… Switch of all electrical appliances while going out
* Please dispose of all used Toilet paper and Sanitary Napkins in dustbins provided inside the bathrooms .Please do not flush them in toilets.
* Complimentary Sanitary pads and disposal covers available .
* Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow recycling guidelines.
* Report any damages or issues immediately.
* Follow check-out instructions, including returning keys or access cards.
* Guests must water the indoor plants as needed.
* Please refrain from rearranging furniture.
* Only use the designated parking spot or follow parking instructions.
* Keep noise levels low while using shared spaces so as to not disturb domestic animals and birds on the property
* Guests are encouraged to leave a positive review on the booking platform or a note in the guestbook.
* Use coasters to prevent damage to surfaces.
* Alchoholic drinks for permit holders and Foreign tourists can be arranged & provided on request
* Alchoholic drinks already provided in the refrigerator are chargeable … Scotch whiskey /ForeignVodka Rs 4500/- Indian whiskey / Indian Vodka Rs 3500 /Red wine 2500/- & Beer Rs 400/-
* Towels and Napkins provided are for sale too … if you like them keep them ( large Rs 500 Medium Rs 200 Small Rs 100)
* Any damage / breakage to the property or it’s furniture will be charged extra upon checkout
