When we arrived at the lane to the I Lawman Hula, where all these cafes are, it was a little before lunchtime. We were originally meant to go to the much-publicized Beatles Cafe right next door. However, we thought the atmosphere was a little overstated. So, instead, we went to this cafe with a lovely, bright yellow staircase. Since most of the crowd had left after lunch, the cafe was empty inside. The interior is adorable, yellow, with original clever phrases written throughout. A soft Hindi mix was playing. The staff was incredibly courteous. The view of the river was the best part when you were sitting next to the windows and taking in the scenery. Both the pasta and hummus and aspatta were excellent. Oh, and the filter coffee! Definitely advised.

This trip was a sudden trip, and I had no idea where to stay in Rishikesh. I looked for a few places on TripAdvisor, and based on previous good reviews and photos, I decided to stay at this place. It was initially a little challenging to find this place, but if you ask for Aanandham as a nearby location you can find it easily. The color and images on the walls of this spot were unbelievable from the moment we stepped in. The holy river Ganga's view was breathtaking from this location. This establishment offers a cafe, swimming pool, free wifi, and most importantly a lively atmosphere. We only had a day to go before returning to our native country, so we had to part bidders. I absolutely recommend this location to you all.

I had a great time at Halom Rishikesh and made good friends. My friend, Tarun, the owner was very friendly at the desk and even helped us in the hostel's commotion. Our experience at Shalom Backpackers rishikesh was awful. We had the community manager damn help with regular activities, and the Shalom team was really cooperative. We had karaoke night, yoga mornings with metal, and baseboard night. The cafe here is decent and prices are average. The ganga view you get from the amy floor is a game changer. Personally, I advise staying on the ground floor to get a vista over time as you depart from your dorm. If you need to book a room, choose the new building as it has balconies as well as a terrace with a crazy view of Ganga. This view also includes ram hula and you can occasionally see the ganga section. Some new restaurant staff members were rude, which was definitely a turn off. Tarun is slated to work on that soon.

The vibes are really interesting. This hostel has a great view from the balcony. Plus, the vibes are cool. Plus, they have a cafe.
