The hotels is very well maintained in a convenient neighborhood. The rooms are a bit small but we were aware of it. Gym has ample equipments too. I was bummed by the water in outdoor pool not being temperature controlled. I was really looking forward to it and it didn't mention anywhere in the property desc. that this was the case.

We stayed at the Shangi La Eros in Delhi for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. It's huge with a wide variety of food. We ate at the Italian restaurant 3 times and again, everything was wonderful. We dined at the Chinese restaurant once and it was also very good. A very elegant and lovely hotel.

My stay at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi was superb. I would usually stay at more budget friendly hotels when travelling, but considering this was a special trip, I decided to go for it as I had always wanted to experience the Shangri-La brand. I had a wonderful stay here - the hotel is centrally located in New Delhi, meaning it was convenient to get around, and had a private gated entrance for security. My room was bright, spacious and modern, with an extremely comfortable king size bed and subtle Asian inspired furnishings throughout. I particularly enjoyed the strength of the shower jet - after a tiring day exploring the madness of India it was much needed! The highlight of my stay was, however, the delicious buffet breakfast which was included in my room’s rate. Of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in before, this was by far the best breakfast offering, with an absolutely incredible spread of Indian, continental and Asian items to enjoy. The variety was simply outstanding - I ate like a king here and everything I tasted was mouthwatering. The staff at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi are an asset to the company - I was greeted warmly upon check in, and throughout the entirety of my stay, which made such a difference. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping team - I often chatted with them in the mornings and they were so kind, doing a wonderful job with making up my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Delhi!

The hotel is one of the more superior hotels in Delhi. Great food in all aspects. The diversity of options for breakfast is great. The Italian restaurant, specially the authenticity of the pizza napolitana was great. The service and simple cleanlines was excellent. Felt like an oasis.

The Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi is a very conveniently located hotel in New Delhi. The property is well maintained and feels very luxurious upon arrival. The staff work together like a well-oiled machine to make you feel welcome and tend to your needs while on premise. We opted for a chauffer to take us around the city and visit the Taj Mahal, he was very knowledgeable of the city, provided us with incredible recommendations. We felt very safe with all the staff.

The Shang Dynasty restaurant is great, it is some of the most authentic Chinese food you can find in Delhi. Chi spa is also excellent, clean facilities and top notch service. Only downside to this hotel we saw was the outside construction/industrial noise which was bothersome and went on practically all night.

Le service est impeccable. plusieurs restos et j'ai pu beneficier du service horizon au 19eme etage avec vue, juste superbe (dommage la pollution de la ville). 1 nuit avant mon retour en europe et une trés bonne literie pour pouvoir me reposer je recommande.
