We stayed 2 nights at the property with our 1 year old. From the moment we stepped out of the car we received near perfect service. The staff from the reception, restaurant to the club lounge were always attentive, accommodating to our needs an made sure we were comfortable at all times. The room was also clean and very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I want to make special mention of a few staff members that made our stay an especially happy one - Dharini from the front desk checked us in and suggested an upgrade to the club floor. She personally escorted us to the rooms so we can view them and choose and we ended up opting for the upgrade which we do not regret. She was always there to help us and even organized food for our child when we arrived. We were also served by Shikha at the Horizon Lounge who catered for our every need including providing kid friendly options during cocktail hour. Ravichandra from the housekeeping department also made sure our room was always comfortable and fully stocked. He even helped bring our bags down himself when he could have called for the porter - this is GOOD service! Very rarely do I write positive reviews but our stay at the hotel has convinced us to visit Bangalore just for the hotel. We will be sure to be back very soon. Thank you to your amazing staff!

This is possibly the best property I lived in India so far; its amazingly excellent. I stayed in a 11th floor room with panorama view which was beautiful with little-above-the-floor to ceiling glass walls in 2 sides of the room. Room services were prompt & efficient, as well as in-room dining; a special mention to Besuto. Fitness center is very well equipped with sufficient free weights, ropes, weight training machines for arms, lat, shoulder, chest, legs, squat bar & cardio options. Loved the section with complimentary jacuzzi, steam, sauna - really well maintained & spacious. The rooftop pool area leaves with a soothing ambiance. I tried the Japanese on-prem restaurant, Yataii, which was good. Otherwise the food price came across very expensive including the breakfast buffet. Only suggestion, they might want to add an option of oats & almond milk for in-room breakfast. In short, it was a wonderful stay & highly recommended.

Stayed recently for 17 nights rm 1125. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Modern design. Top notch service. Nice restaurants and amenities. Food is good. Manager kind enough to provide complimentary late check out. Breakfast room mentionable names Breakfast room mentionable names include: Sayni Hripik Kilo Rabin Raveen Ranjan Gym: Eshwar and Alisha Only negative which may not be important to others is lack of outdoor space. I personally like a garden of any size to unwind and buffer from the city traffic.

Excellent hotel on a crowded street. Airport transfers at INR 4000 is too expensive. Food in the cafe was very good but no a-la carte option (buffet only), which is disappointing. For a small eater like me you are forced to eat either buffet at the cafe or in the specialty restaurants upstairs which I don't prefer. In-room dining menu is very limited which is surprising.

The hotel was excellent! From check in to check out. The hotel is spotless. The room was great, spacious and relaxing. The in room dining was great too. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate and had many cuisines. Definitely a must experience hotel! Even for a staycation.

I have stayed here two times in the past 2 years and I absolutely love this property! Friendly folks beautiful rooms and dining options. Only issue I had was the vault had a mind of its own, made 3 attempts to get it sorted with the engineers finally had to replace it but everything else trumped this issue. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large and well laid out. Will return on my next visit later this year! Wonderful week spent!
