I spent a long time there, and my experience overall is very good. Lovely setting, welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and a good price-quality ratio. There was a problem with my credit card on the day I left and when I wanted to pay. The staff believed me to leave and use the money later.

Throughout the new year, we stayed here and had a great time overall. The service from the staff is disappointing, despite the fact that the rooms we had booked were not all available and some guests would have to move rooms twice. We were told that since we are a group of people, our rooms were not all available, and that our room would have to be moved twice by them when we came. Very bothersome. The hotel provides laundry services, but when we went to pick up our washing, it hadn't been done for three days. We are aware that this can happen in the best hotels, but the front desk employee lied to us, saying that the laundry was at the laundry while it was still under his desk! At this point, we decided to wash the laundry with our hands and save a few rupees.

I reserved a deluxe bungalow. It was a decent accommodation, with functioning air conditioning and hot water. The wifi didn't work in the room, it was only close to the reception.
