Excellent in all respect. Food at the restaurant is excellent & staff politeness is remarkable. Since it is a Hill Top Hotel, Guests should have their own car .Hence better facilities for Drivers at night desired. Personal care of Hotel Manager Shri Utpal makes you feel very much comfortable.

Very pleasant stay. It has a homey atmosphere. I suggest staying here one time. I check in on 12 and out on 13 whenever I feel like I'm at home. And I'm also celebrating the arrival of 15 bugs here. I'm hoping for the best deal for my next stay in your other property in the future. Thank you.

We have a very positive experience here. Our stay at Sinclair's was very pleasant, especially because it was close to the peak, tea factory, and adventure sports. Although we checked out at 12 p.m. but were allowed to do so at 10, it was really quiet. A daily housekeeping and room service service are also offered. This is a great restaurant! The food is cozy. We can choose from a buffet breakfast or any other occasion. The personnel was helpful in answering all of our outrageous questions, and they even set up travel services for us at the appropriate price and very soon. The location, which is in Dodabetta, is the best part for us.

Nice place. Pros: Secluded and away from the town. Good choices at the restaurant. Very helpful staff. Premium rooms provide fantastic view of town and garden.24 hours hot water. Cons: Centralized AC and the rooms does not have climate control in the room. Lighting in room not adequate. Parking space inadequate.Not many activities in the property. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it to like-minded people.

We checked in ok after receptionist had to confirm from my downloaded booking as they had the booking for the previous day. Reception staff can be more polished. Restaurant staff were very polite, courteous & served us with respect & couldn't do enough for us Rooms were comfortable, clean & very nice. The corridor was a bit smelly, and dark, I had to request to have it sprayed Thank you for a pleasant stay in Ooty.
