Good staff always ready to help. WiFi worked well and there was hot water. The room and bathroom was clean for Indian standards. New Delhi station is a short walk and so is metro station. Overall good for a short stay in Delhi

Smyle inn was absolutely the best choice for my stay in Delhi. All employees are friendly kind and very helpful!! They tried their best at all times to fulfill all our needs and go beyond during our stay. They also provide extra services like car transfers to make your travel easier. Great location in the middle of the main bazaar road, 10 mins to the metro and train station. Rooms are large and okay to India standards. Seems to be the choice of many internationals. They have a lovely rooftop where breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast team is great! Special thanks to Amitji , Aliji, Rahji, Mohanji and Muksji - for your friendliness kindness and warm smiles.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Gorgeous building eith beautiful wall creation with great ideas, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service.

This place was a great deal for the price in Paharganj. It's India, so everything is worn in, but was clean and worked properly. If you're looking for value and proximity, this is the place. If it's your first time in India, I'd recommend getting a ride there, as it could be hard to find on your own (it's down an alley). Breakfast was small, but good, and usually consisted of juice, a dessert, some sort of fruit, and various toasts (just enough to get you to lunch). Staff was very attentive and friendly.

This is not a four or five star hotel; it is, instead, a very inexpensive place to stay in beautiful Delhi, India. Part of it is a youth hostel and the rest is a regular hotel, and while there are no frills, it is exactly what they advertise: a place to shower, sleep, and relax after a day of sightseeing, for people who do not want to spend a fortune on accommodations. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace, they offer a free, basic breakfast daily, the rooms are air conditioned, and they have probably the MOST helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. (Hey, Harish, they ALL deserve a raise - they are the best part of your establishment!) They also offer a professional who will book guided tours for you, extremely inexpensive ones, even on the same day. The tours were terrific, in a private, air conditioned car with driver. We were very pleased with our stay!

The hotel is located I a small side street off Main bazar road, which brings advantage of not being so noisy. All necessary services are few steps away, New Delhi train station about 5 minutes walking and airport metro about 10 minutes. Room was small, but with en suite bathroom with working hot water. Bed was clean for Indian standards. Very helpful staff, especially men with glasses in the reception.

We stayed three nights in Smyle In, and we had great experience. Everything worked well, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only little minus was throwaway packaces in the breakfast (ekological aspect). Breakfast was good other wise!! Defenitely best budget hotel in Delhi were we have been. Thank you.
