Location is unbelievably beautiful.Everything is in order.However there is smell inside tents due closed for long or cloth of tents ,needs attention

On the outskirts of Lake Västarna, the resort is situated. A lovely garden and open areas provide beautiful sunset views. Apart from a large villa, the facility houses about seven tents and one restaurant. The bathrooms are unpleasant, and the rooms are a little worn out. Even though the staff is courteous, the service we received during check-in, dining, and housekeeping was subpar.

The resort is located on the edge of Lake Ventarna. It has a beautiful garden and open areas that offer beautiful sunset views. In addition to a large villa, the facility also has about 7 tents and one restaurant. The rooms are a bit run down and the bathroom smells awful. The service experience during check-in, dining, and cleaning was mixed, amateurish, and did not meet our expectations.

This villa is in a great location. The villa is lovely and comfortable, but the food is average and they can't give proper service because there aren't many staff available to provide quality services. The laundry is not clean enough. WiFi exists but isn't functional in villas. The biggest problem is power outages which occur throughout the day, they have generators but we have to call a caretaker every time to start them. We as a whole family had to suffer due to power outages in the villa. There is no value for money. Date of booking was 15 rather than 2020.

Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible.
