Staff is great. Help you to get food as per the diet restrictions. Rooms are good too. Overall entire property was nice and clean. Would recommend to friends and family.

I loved my stay there and would definitely stay there if I came back to Rameshwaram. Good food, good staff, good facilities, good stay. We were 4 people in Rameshwaram for a long weekend and we didn't have a room booked for the night, the manager aren't kind enough to give us a room at the last minute for a reasonable price. The free breakfast was also good.

I really enjoyed my experience staying at this hotel. This hotel is very close to the Rameshwaram bus station. The rooms are good, spacious, reasonably priced. Well-maintained property. The restaurant only serves vegetarian food. The food is good and tasty. The menu is limited but expensive. The reception and restaurant staff are courteous and committed. Overall good experience.

When I planned a trip to Rameshwaram with my family, I was worried about the food because my parents are routinely restricted to North Indian cuisine. My travel agent recommended this hotel, and I am so glad that they recommended it to me. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are well-equipped and the staff are friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay here is the food, particularly for North Indians. We had an easy stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rameshwaram.

I spent one night and two days visiting a temple. There was a wonderful room. The entire north Indian dining menu was available at a charater lunch. Even the meals were absent. There was no choice. Nalu paratha and manner paratha were all offered as one payment. It was excellent. When asked about dinner, they only emphasize the north Indian menu. The south Indians are not encouraged by the hotel's location in Tamlin Nad and its absence from the south Indian menu. They must provide south Indian dishes such as idle, dosa, poor, chappathi, and other dishes. There was no night shift. I had to go out on the street of the temple to purchase masala dosa and idle from the outside hotel. For people who enjoy such an entire establishment, the hotel atmosphere is suitable. All of the staff was helpful and courteous, and the client service was excellent. My. Nathan, provided a package price for the accommodation. I appreciate him. All the best for the team in the areas indicated earlier.

My family and I stayed in the star palace hotel for 4 nights on October 12, 2016. We reserved 2 rooms. Before making a hotel reservation, there are a few things you may consider. Warm water is only available for 2 hours in the morning. If you are taking a shower outside the hour window? You have to request at least 2 hot water changes at the front desk. The front desk provides a password for the internet. The password is only valid for a few hours of less than 24 hours. You must request a new password several times. Cleaning the room is only available upon request. The room cleaners turn off the power supply for all appliances, including the refrigerator. Every room has just 2 old towels.

If u see something wrong like we did, the burden to report asap rests on you, or else the staff will blame the problem squarely on you. The manager got visibly upset when I asked for his Title / Designation.

First of all it was not a 4Star hotel as stated on their logo, even it’s not equal to 3Star also, accept Breakfast nothing was good, please don’t recommend this hotel for those who are looking for 4Star facilities, Expedia has to take responsibility for such things, it’s very very unsatisfactory

The place at best can be rated 2 star. The bathroom was stinking of bad odor. The linen look stale and dirty. The bedsheets were stained. It was a bad experience staying at this place.

Pillows were dirty, mosquitos in the room, towels looked run down, pillows had stains, totally understaffed. I would go to the extent of saying AVOID THIS PLACE and instead choose Daiwik the next door property!!
