- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

POLICIES
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas and the living rooms for security purposes.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
The last 1 km. leading up to the villa involves off-roading; guests are recommended to drive a 4x4 vehicle with high ground clearance.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
The location of the villa is secluded.
This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
The villa does not have any fans or air-conditioning.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms, however, the room on the ground floor is occupied by the staff members. Guests will have access to 5 bedrooms.
