- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- There is no power-backup at the property. However, power cuts are rare.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly prohibited.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Dining inside the bedrooms is not allowed.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- The materials used to build the house & furnishings have been carefully sourced by the owner. Any spillages/damage may lead to the cost of repair or replacement being borne by the guests. Hence, guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- The owner resides at the property.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- Kindly turn the heaters off before sleeping or going out as it could be hazardous.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are requested to be environmentally-conscious and be sensitive towards the use of water and electricity.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Consumption of outside food is not allowed.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The host and the caretaker stay on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
